implement free text search
This will enable quicker searches for specific contacts, contacts who you know but can't recall the full ID details and contacts you don't know but have previously segmented via tags.
Providing a search box which can't pick up tags is pretty frustrating.

Thank you for elaborating on your request. We definitely plan on improving our search to make it friendlier to our users and we have made it one of our priorities for 2013.
We don't have details to share on what we'll specifically fix, but accuracy and ease of use are definitely two features we will work on improving for our search function in 2013.

Thanks for your note, appreciate you getting back to me.
This issue is 'quick search' is that it is not quick for the user who has to use multiple drop down
menus to filter down a search. If you have a large number of records, you tend to segment your contacts using multiple tags. This could be better achieved through free text supporting basic boolean operators. This would also make it much better on UII know this means work in the engine room, but that's my feedback as a customer.
