Add ability to create households or groups
Our clients are mostly families, rather then companies or individuals. It would be great to be able to group multiple contacts into a "household." A current workaround is to use the "company" field as the "household" name, but then we lose the information about their employer which is also important. A feature like this could also be important for teams within organizations or contacts that are involved with multiple companies.
We recently released an ability to have multiple company records and this allows to have households as a company and link all the relevant contacts to the company. The title field can be used to designate the role in a household and custom fields allow you to gather and search relevant information about households.

Totally agree on this. I'm a financial advisor, and would love this feature. Notes/activities that can be added to a group/household would be helpful, as well as having contact notes/activities that "filter up" to the group/household level.
