Czar Central Update
Just to let you know that Brisbane has had some serious flooding since Friday and much of the city/suburbs are locked off due to rising floodwaters.
It shoud settle down over the next few days but as of today many of our team are isolated and unable to get to work. While many can work from home, our logistics personnel need to get to the office to ship. I suspect shipping this week may be put back a few days.
I will update the situation tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.

It was a real disaster. I don't recommend anyone to buy a house in a low-rise neighborhood because what we see in the pictures above can happen. I sympathize with the families who had to leave their homes and rebuild their lives elsewhere. One of my friends had the misfortune of experiencing such a flood, and she told us that almost everything in the house was ruined by the humidity and required intensive flood damage repair - https://www.lawtoncr.com/sacramento-ca/water-flood-damage/.
