Add Ability to Manually Update "Last Contacted'
Currently, "Last Contacted" is only updated through communications via email or social network. Not all conversations happen through these mediums, therefore, users should be able to manually update "Recently Contacted" and leave a note for the method of contact (call, in-person, etc).
The last contacted date can now be updated with calls, events, or any custom activity created.

This is a must have, this way Nimble does not allow for contacts in person or by phone which is where the real business happens.

I'm reviewing Nimble to use as my CRM and social relationship builder but when I see such a basic limitation with lots of votes, where people are complaining because it is effecting (frustrating) their day to day activities and nothing is being done about it for well over 12 months it leaves me thinking I should look elsewhere because no-one cares about the customer.
Being a past software developer, this is not rocket science and would take what 10 hours to plan, implement, test and deliver. Is anyone listening?

This is a must!!! please get this working. I tagged a contact in facebook and she responded to the comment. That's a last contact. I don't expect nimble to track that specific activity but please allow me to manually change that in the system

How is it that "Last Contacted" doesnt include phone calls?
If I speak to a client on the phone did I not contact them?
This one feature (or lack of) is a serious shortcoming to the point of perhaps making me want to look at alternatives. -

I think this a mandatory upgrade feature... why would I not call a face to face meeting or phone call a "last contact?" Surely it's not more important for me to FB or tweet my clients? Please make this change. Thanks.

Why can't we add phone calls as a record of last contact? How can Nimble purport to be a full CRM solution if you cannot log when phone calls were made or received, and when follow ups are required.

This would make for a very important feature! We contact leads via phone and gotomeeting's. Right now Nimble can't tell us the last time we contacted someone, other than less unimportant engagement. Like a tweet or an email from our team address. Thanks, and hope this gets enough votes to pass!

I find it completely infuriating that this otherwise excellent 'crm' system does not have the ability to log non-social interaction. I've recently been writing thank you cards and need this to be logged as well. Phone calls are critical as is bumping into at a network event etc.
I just used 3 votes Please give this urgent consideration or I will need to make up a manual system and leave nimble.

Ok, team - this request has manifested in a dozen different versions. We need to be able to manually adjust the "last contacted" field. The sales process is not all online, especially with your clientele. This feature is severely hampering the application, on a daily basis. If this isn't added shortly, I'll need to switch services.
Sales aren't made over email, or facebook. They're made face to face, over the phone, over lunch. This is a basic CRM function missing here.
Please advise - will this be added or not?

Really important and useful feature. I'd give it 25 votes if possible!
If the sales process were all online, we wouldn't need all the other features that make this system so useful - we'd need automated group email and other task automation.
Phone calls and face to face meetings are integral and essential to log.

I've come to realize the more that I use Nimble that it's not ready for prime time on a Mac platform. Where's the integration with Outlook 2011? Not only can I not update the "last contact" when I email a lead, but I can't manually update that date when I reach out to a lead by phone.

In addition to logging phone contact, face to face contact such as a meeting, bumping into someone at a networking event etc. also has it's place to be logged.

The addition of Skype (and Google voice) dialling from Nimble has been fantastic. Well done on adding it! The obvious thing is now to log each time the Skype (or Google) instance is launched, along with a dialog box asking for a record of the contents of the call.
Adding this would make Nimble even more compelling for corporate buyers. Without it, I'm not sure it's going to grab their attention.
