Is there a way to undo a deleted contact? Either that or is there a list of deleted contacts (like a trash folder)??? I accidentally deleted

For the second time in a week my database was accidentally deleted. I just happened to notice that thousands of contacts were in the process of being deleted. I obviously triggered this somehow, and I had indeed marked all of my contacts while trying to figure out how to look for duplicates. But there should be a pop-up that says "Are you sure that you want to delete all of these contacts?" or at least the ability to stop the deletion once it starts (I could see it occurring but couldn't cancel it).
