Workflow with email automation
Are you able to implement a workflow aspect to Nimble with email automation.
ie: lets say a deal has 5 stages, within each stage there is 5 activities required to complete the stage and at the change of one stage to the next you have the ability to have predefined email templates with mail merge for the client name sent acknowledging their deal to the next stage. The stage names and activities would vary in number and need to be fully customisable.
I would imagine that a rule based approach would probably work well, ie: when deal = 'application received' then template email -'Welcome Email' is sent.
When deal = 'Application Recieved' then new activity 'Load application' is created and assigned to owner.. so on an so forth
