i use sales points to monitor my sales activity, very simple: 1 point for a phone conversation with client or prospect, 2 points for a meeting, 3 pionts for a proposal and 4 points for a deal. I must score 20 points per week, my sales executive must score 40. We keep the scores manually now.
It would be perfect if these scores can be kept automatically in Nimble, based on your activity there. I now that Base CRM has something like this too.
Important off course is to put the current score always visibleon each nimble screen. Another important thing is that you can configure the points to activities (call = 1, meeting is 2 , an deal with status changed to 'quote' is 3, and changed to won is 4). off course other companies will want to use different points so this should be configurable. On the other hand: te beaty of this system is the simplicity and you don't want to go into much detail of different values for sales actions. the point is to measure actions that drive your sales.
