  1. Contacts response Integration with Mailchimp as promised in May 2012 -Implement Phase 2.

    Phase 2 integration with Mailchimp was promised in May 2012.
    When we use Nimble contacts export to Mailchimp, customer response (bounced, read etc) is returned to Nimble contacts record as history

  2. Make TAG's a DropDown!!!!!!!!! - and not that you have to type

    i hate when the program is so lazy that they do not allow for drop down on obvious List field. this forces me to remember, did I call Wedding or Weddings or Ceremony etc... Bad Practice

  3. create functionality allowing users to email information INTO Nimble

    One of my favorite functionalities in Evernote is my ability to send information to my notebooks by email. I would love to be able to forward documents and other contact-related information into Nimble. For instance, sometimes I'll have a conversation ABOUT a contact by email with somebody who isn't in my contacts database. It would be soooo helpful to be able to simply forward that conversation to Nimble with a tag.

  4. Add "Custom" title for phone number

    There are several options for titling various numbers (i.e. Main, Home, Work, etc.) but not a "custom" option so you can title the phone number yourself (Google contacts has this feature). For example, I have three numbers for my bank, the business customer support, online banking, and checks ordering. Obviously these aren't options that I can choose when identifying each number so I had to enter it into the field where you enter the number...which in the future I am sure will conflict with smartphone use.

  7. Show the contact numbers on the contact listing view

    When you look at the contact listing - I don't see a phone number - I need to click into a contact to see a phone number and then dial - time waste. I do see an address - much less important than a phone number

    off course, this has already been shot down by nimble developers - but then they don't do sales - and possibly assume everything is done by social media - baloney

    its annoying, very annoying to click into every single contact to get the number.

  8. add new account to the social stream, like SlideShare or Youtube

    Add slideshare and youtube to the social stream, especially for companies contacts.

  9. Email to my Nimble account - contacts and calendar events

    I would love to be able to email a contact and/or a calendar appointment to Nimble and have it appear in my Nimble account - bit like I can in Eevernote

  10. add a field for suffixes

    There is currently not a built in field for suffixes (MD, PhD, etc), and so we have to add to a contact's last name. I think a suffix field would be incredibly helpful and something simple to add so that it doesn't need to tack onto last name -especially those with a high number of tech, medical or educational contacts.

  11. incorporate some type of email templates to use to email many contacts in a group

    Check out Contactually's scale mail. It would be great to have the ability to create email templates, use them to mail groups of contacts in bulk and have fields within them that automatically populate and personalize the email for each contact.

  12. Sorting of Saved Searches

    I would like to have a way to sort saved searches so I can move through them in a processing "workflow." Even if they were sorted alphabetically by title, I could devise a naming convention to manage this. I believe they are currently sorted in the order in which they were created... and this is a challenge for me.

  13. Creating parent and sub parent companies

    We need the option of having one large company with sub divisions within the same company record. For example, Oracle would be a parent company for subdivisions of Oracle Australia, Oracle New Zealand, Oracle USA, etc.).

  14. Stay in Touch timer needs to be more customizable. 3 days, 26 days, 5 weeks, etc

    the stay in touch timer should be able to be set the the exact number of days / weeks you need. It's good to have preconfigured options like you have weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually... but we should be able to make our own presets as well as have an exact date feature.

    Like I want to hear from him by this Date -- example of a one time follow up... But also have the option to say I need to hear from this contact every 9 days... or every 2 days... or 2 weeks.

  15. Allow users to export creation date

    Identifying when a lead was added to a database is a fundamentally important thing - it's crazy that this incredibly basic functionality is not here.

  16. Add Departments to Companies

    Companies like AT&T are huge and have different divisions and departments that don't share the same information with the main company HQ. It would be nice to be able to add departments or divisions within a company so that you could have their specific contact information

  17. Add support for more URLs.... We have clients with .gov.au. AND .global clients the system is not allowing us to add their URLS !

    We are constantly unable to add customer domains ! We keep getting a not Valid URL warning !

  18. Add phone calls to contacts as an activity for "recently contacted". They only show up under that when you email them through Nimble.

    If I make a phone call to a contact, there isn't anywhere in Nimble where I can log it to it shows up as an activity for "recently contacted". They only show up under that category when you email them through Nimble. Can you guys add a way to log calls please? Or have I missed how it's done?

  20. Referrals - Create a referrals entity to track both those given and those received

    I'd like to be able to use Nimble to track:
    1) Two contacts that I have referred to each other and to record any business they do that they tell me about.
    2) Referrals made to me so that I track the business gained through that referral. (ie with a link to the deals that then flow)

    That means that when I view a contact I know immediately if I have referred them to someone else, or if I have had business as a result of their referral.

    That will help with nurturing my supporters and understanding the relationships better.
