Default email selector
I have more than one email account linked in my nimble account. When I create a new message the system chooses the default email account (which is the first one that appears in the drop down list). But I don't want to use that one so I must remember to manually change it before sending the message. It would be nice to be able to control what email account you want to load as default.

More Options for Email Signature - Insert logo, bold, italic, etc.
Right now the signature option is very plain and doesn't allow for company logo or any editing options. It would be really great to have those options.
106 votesHi,
We now have an in-line signature editor and you may copy and paste a signature from another program to Nimble and the images and format will transfer over smoothly.

Group Messages
I know I've seen this from others....but, the ability for group messages would make this product (for me) indispensable.
Pull contacts by a tag, then the ability to deselect as well with a check box, then send message and record to that contact. No need to integrate with MailChimp.
Thanks.....

enable hyperlinks directly from email
I would like to be able to create a hyperlink directly from text in an email. I often want to refer people to information on my website. You can "bold", "underline" etc by using the icons at the top of an email, "insert hyperlink" would be very useful. It's messy to send messages from Gmail, but that's the only way round this problem I have found.

add email composition features like draft, bold, underline, bullets, etc.
I frequently create business messages that involve estimates, proposals, etc. Enhanced email features would be very helpful in making key points standout.
17 votesHi,
Thank you for voting and contributing to this feature request.
We currently feature email composition features that can be seen here(http://screencast.com/t/abRTSgXC).
We have rich text editing for emails in Nimble now, including bolding, underlining, indenting, bullet points, and italicizing.
We are unsure if we will include a draft email option at this time and it will be best to vote for it on a separate email thread.
With regards to adding images, you may add images through the HTML signature editor for your email signature or as a file attachment to emails.
Thank you for your feedback and support for Nimble!
Best regards,
Joseph

add MS Outlook to the list of Nimble networks
If i click on an email address in the profile of a contact I cannot select MS Outlook as an option. Since i use outlook for email I have to leave Nimble to send my email and then come back.
9 votesHi,
Thank you for writing to us on our Feature Request forum.
For the time being, we do not offer an integration with Outlook and Nimble, but we plan to release a Nimble 4 Outlook integration at the end of this week (2/20/2013).
For more information, please see our Marketplace page here: http://www.nimble.com/how-it-works/integrations/nimble-4-outlook/
This integration will allow you to view your Nimble contacts from within MS Outlook and it sounds like it may suit your needs.
If you have any questions, please email us at care@nimble.com.

Please allow links in signature. I like to include links to both my Twitter and LinkedIn accounts in the signature but HTML not available.
5 votesHi Adam,
Thank you for writing to us.
You should definitely be able to include links to both your Twitter and LinkedIn accounts in the email signature in Nimble’s settings by creating an HTML hyperlink to your profiles.
For information on creating proper HTML hyperlinks, please see this very helpful resource: W3 Schools
If you have any questions, please email us at care@nimble.com and we will be happy to help!

Show previous job title in Daily Update
I think the daily update is great for seeing when contacts change their jobdescriptions.
However, I would find it very usefull if I could see the previous jobtitle in the e-mail (or the log on the website), so that I could see if people actually got a new job, or simply updated the description of their current job.3 votesHi,
We now show previous job titles on our Today page and in our Nimble Daily when contacts change jobs.
Thank you for your feedback and support!

Hi Brandy,
Nimble already has task notification emails when tasks are assigned, completed, or deleted by a team member.
We also include all upcoming tasks and events in our Nimble Daily email.
To make sure that you have these features enabled, please go to Settings >> Notifications in Nimble.
For more information on task notifications, please see our article here:

Add the ability to add a custom email signature
I love the messaging features but there must be a way to customize the email signature - even if there was a simple text editor with the ability to upload a company logo within the signature.

Have a setting that will automatically unlock emails
95% of the time our team needs to be able to see the email communication that our other team members have. Its a pain to have to manually unlock every single email. We would greatly prefer to have a setting that would automatically unlock all emails. The user could then choose to manually lock an email if it needs to be kept private.
3 votesHi Josh,
Thank you for writing to us.
By default, we set all user’s emails to private to give them the option to share their emails and this setting can be changed.
To have your team members set all of their emails to ‘Public’ have them go to Settings >> Networks & Imports and select the ‘Lock’ icon next to their email account. This will set all messages to ‘Public’.
After taking this step, all messages will be viewable by team members.
If your team members have any specific threads they want to leave private, select the ‘Lock’ icon on your specific message thread.
For more information, please see our support article here: http://support.nimble.com/customer/portal/articles/251013-how-do-i-set-my-messages-private-from-my-team-members-in-nimble-
If you have any other questions, please reply to us on this thread or write us at care@nimble.com.
All the best,
Joseph

support for .eml attachments and vCalendar attachments (invites)
We need to know there are attachments on an email, and have the ability to download them. Specifically, support for .eml and calendar appointment requests.
Thanks.
3 votesHi,
Nimble now supports all email attachments, so just download the .emi attachments from within Nimble and everything should work fine!
If you have any trouble, please write us at care@nimble.com and we’ll be more than happy to help out!

Make it easier to unlock emails
Currently too many steps are involved. Enable an icon in the top bar when you choose multi select emails, so that a user can in one go unlock multiple emails, rather than having to open every email, which is laborious.
