  2. Nimble tasks integrate with Asana

    I'm using Asana for task management. Not quite sure what it'd look like but getting repetitive inputting tasks in both Nimble and Asana.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we are not planning on releasing an integration with Asana and Nimble.

    Instead, we are focusing on improving our internal Activities tab to make it easier to manage tasks with your team members.

  3. bring in open/activity from mailchimp to contact's record

    I want to see whether a particular user opened our email newsletter or that they received one versus another (because multiple segments in our communications)

    Hi,

    At the current moment, we are done with work on our MailChimp integration so it is unlikely that we will pull in open/activity information into Nimble when it is viewable in MailChimp.

    We may circle back to this feature sometime in the future, but for now it is not on our list of projects.

  4. End of week = Sunday; but in business terms it is better to use Friday

    In Activities Scheduling I suggest to change "This Week" to be Friday EOB (end of business).
    That way the reminders (Nimble daily) will include the outstanding stuff by Friday instead of being overlooked until Sunday... - where I prefer not to work too much ;-) !

  5. Combine elements of Nirvana GTD task management into the Activities view

    Actually, it looks like you are already headed this way... but a combination of the thought behind Nirvana (https://www.nirvanahq.com/) and your activities tab would be extremely powerful.

    Unfortunately, we do not plan to send email activity exports out of Nimble for reporting purposes.

    This currently falls out of the scope of our product.

    Hi,

    Thank you for submitting this request.

    We currently have plans to make changes to our Activities tab to make it much more user-friendly. These changes should be released in the near future.

    We are not sure if we will have an interface similar to our Deals “pipeline” view, so we are declining this feature request for the time being.

    Once we release an update to our Activities, please feel free to share your feedback with us at care@nimble.com or on our User Voice forum.

    It would be useful to have different tagged events show up as different colors on the calendar

    At the current moment, we do not plan on color coding tagged events on the calendar view in Nimble.

    If this feature gains more support, we will revisit it at a later date.

  9. fix the bug associated activities

    when i create an activity due Today. and then i edit the activity to choose a specific time and date - the time section doesnt allow for a drop down selection box. Instead i have to manually enter the time

    Hi Nelson,

    Thank you for writing in today.

    For editing the time of a task, we allow users to choose the generic options of “Today”, “Tomorrow”, “Later”, “This Week”, and “Next Week”.

    If users want to select a specific time, they choose “Specific Date/Time” and are able to select the date and time of day to specify from two boxes that you click on to bring up a pop-up calendar and time-slot list.

    It does not sound like this issue is a bug, but if you think otherwise, please email us a screenshot at care@nimble.com, as this is a forum solely for Nimble Feature Requests to improve the product, not requests to fix bugs.

  10. Allow custom sorting of tasks by priority/importance (ideally by click and drag per the do.com CRM app)

    This would help me stay focused on the top priorities day by day.

    Thank you for writing in.

    At the current moment, we do not plan on adding specific sorting to tasks on the Activities page.

    You may “Star” activities to visually show their importance, and these starred tasks are also visible if you segment your activities by “Starred” on the left-hand side of the activity list.

  12. Enable color-coding nimble calendar events

    Sorry, but this is a basic function of any half-decent calendar these days. I NEED to be able to look at my calendar and instantly at a glance see the types of events I have scheduled (seminar, client-call, family event, etc.) for the day, week, or month. Color coding makes this possible. As a substitute for Nimble's lack of functionality here, I've been using Google Calendars. The problem is that Google Calendars can take hours to sync to Nimble's calendar, meaning I can't rely on the Nimble calendar!   14. leave calendar events on "Activities" until cleared or note added

    If I have a meeting, I want/need to enter notes about the meeting. Hoewever the current settings clear the event from the overview view.

  15. I would like to see uncompleted tasks and events in a small window in all tabs...

    I would like to see uncompleted tasks and events in a small window in all tabs such as "Contacts", "Messages", "Deals" or "Social".
    Seeing a small window with your uncompleted tasks or events of the day anywhere you are in nimble would help you stay focused through the day and i wouldn´t have to skip between all the time.
