  1. Fix the bug that deleted all my email templates when I saved a new one.

    I might have to stop using Nimble. I added a new e-mail template and my first 5 templates DISAPPEARED. How is this defect real.....

  2. Provide an option to display social media profiles based on the contact's full name.

    I get social media profile suggestions based on last name with no regard to first name. If a person's name is Abigal Adams, I need to see all social media contacts for "Abigal" Adams not John Adams, Sam Adams, Susan Adams, etc.

  4. Importing data from Linkedin users that has accents characters in their names

    In Brazil we have a lot of names with accents characters like óíáãêôõ etc, in their names.

    I've noted Nimble has more difficult to get profile photos from linkedin from people that have accents in their names, and the linkedin profile URL as well.

    That is generating no-photo profiles and linkedin incorrect link. I have to update manually the linkedin profile link and profile's photo.

    Example:
    Name: Vinícius Quícoli
    Photo: Nimble can't get.
    Correct url: https://www.linkedin.com/in/vin%C3%ADcius-qu%C3%ADcoli-a46871107/
    Nimble see and save that incorrect url: https://www.linkedin.com/in/vinã­cius-quã­coli-a46871107

    I think this may be simple to improve and may helps a lot the user experience.

  5. Escape button exits search mode

    I would love it if when I wanted to exit search mode, I didn't have to click the X but I could instead press escape. It would make Nimble more navigable.

  8. Allow Tasks view to stay expanded

    Nimble used to show all tasks including overdue, upcoming, etc. on one screen and you could easily access a task or search with ctrl-F. At some point you made it so that every time you view the tasks page the various categories collapse and only show the first three tasks. I almost always have to click the "... X more" link to do what I need. It's super annoying and unlike most applications. If I click "... X more" let that group stay expanded. Give me a glyph to collapse it if I want to and maybe another option to…

  9. Email accounts such as yahoo.com, google.com, outlook.com should be identified as personal email.

    Email accounts such as yahoo.com, google.com, outlook.com should be identified as personal email. Many emails default to Work, especially when imported from LinkedIn. Create a sort of whitelist of domains that are automatically classified as personal. This also helps identify gaps so that I can Prospect for work emails.I had done an export and re-classified emails, instead it just added the 'gmail.com' address as a personal while keeping the same address as work.

  10. Expand the Address types

    Currently we have only "Work, "Home", and "Other". It would be really useful if we hade some or all of the following:

    • Postal
    • Main (or Head Office, for companies with more than one location)
    • Branch
    • Shipping
    • Billing

  11. jive.com voip cloud with sms

    jive.com voip business cloud phone system is now with logmein. they also have sms. I have mentioned to both Nimble support and jive.com support that having Nimble as an option for Integration would be great. Right now their our two choices, redtail and sforce. which, i would rather use Nimble.

  12. allow preview of touches, notes, activities!

    When I look at the pending & history of a contact, I can only see the titles of conversations. It would be great to be also able to see the first few lines of the notes I've recorded either right below or by hovering over the Activity Title.

  13. Link new contacts to their respective company based on domain

    Hi,

    I noticed that some contacts do not link (or get attached to) to their rightful company even when the email domain of the contact matches the website domain of the company.

    As a result, we lose time and valuable insights since some contacts are floating around the database.The current workaround I found is to export all of our database into a CSV file and manually review everything to then re-import. This is not optimal.

    I've seen in other CRM a "Find Account" button that solves this issue.

    Could you add this "contact and company domain matching" function?

  14. Company Activity Stream Should Include Contact Activities

    LOVE the new Contact Interface with Activity Stream front and center - great job!

    You need to include activities for all contacts in the activity stream for the company to which they belong though. I need one place where I can go to see all the activities for a company, where all of those activities are against the contact, not the company. I don't email the company; I don't have a meeting with the company... But I do meet with multiple people at the company and I need to see all of those interactions.

  15. Include "All That Apply" boxes

    I have created custom data fields for unique contact information. Please add an opportunity to have check boxes allowing for multiple choices. For example, I email articles and monitor who reads them. By allowing the use of check boxes, I can immediately see which articles have been read and proceed with a discussion.

  17. Mobile app should work offline

    The mobile app is great but cut the network and you cannot access your contacts anymore.
    It would be useful to be able to access and work with the app offline and have options to sync automatically/manually the changes when back online.
    A bit like the phone book on your mobile phone.

  19. Sort by Company

    Add Sort List By Company Option to the Filter in the Table Settings area

    It allows me to sort by "Last Contacted" and "Type" which I use often, but I want to see all the company names sorted first, then by name so I can quickly see wrong data in the other field columns.

  20. Associate emails with contacts/companies when they are not recipient

    For example, if there are internal emails (e.g. a draft scope of work for internal review) related to a contact, company or deal for which the Nimble contact is not the recipient, it would be great to be able to associate those with that contact, company or deal.
