I have often several times the same email in contacts (from merges?) -
they can easily and without risk always be handled. Example:
Work firstname.lastname@example.org Other Belit@bdli.de Other email@example.com .
Clearly, all these emails are the same. Merge them. In such situations, easy: always delete those with the "Other" tag.1 vote
Due to the different corporate policies it is not possible to use IMAP integration as it is now. Introducing more configuration options (that normally exist in e-mail clients) would allow tailoring mail integration to comply with policies, or just make it more usable for mobile use when data traffic is limited.
Two options that would be essential in my case are:
1. IMAP checking interval in minutes - to adjust how frequently Nimble checks IMAP account
2. Option not to download attachments - in our case policy is that attachments cannot be held on servers outside our security perimeter3 votes

Can we please add the ability to hyperlink images in emails (especially group emails)?
This would be really helpful with click throughs and email engagement.
It would be VERY helpful from a Sales and personalization perspective to be able to use Custom Field data in the email Merge Tags.
ex. I have a Custom Field such as "Product of Interest" or "AKA" or "Service Level" and I want to do a group personalized message to Leads about their different products of interest.
Please strongly consider this. It would be awesome and I know other CRMs have it.

You should be able to unsubscribe contacts easier than tagging...when you have thousands of contacts and can only send 100 emails a day, you are bound to make mistakes with the tagging! And I have...Or have the ability to make a contact visible but inactive or something...1 vote
I use Segment for projects to group people on the fly - might create several unique to a client or project - then the project ends. Would be awesome to "archive" segments to just remove them from the main "Contacts Interface" such that it shows only current segments of value.3 votes

It would be great if Nimble could guess the business domain based on the email address of the client.
e.g firstname.lastname@example.org -> the business domain is highly likely to be "samplecompany.com"
You would need to filter out the obvious gmail/outlook email addresses but having a tick icon like you do for the social channels that we can quickly tick if correct would be great.1 vote
Make it much quicker and easier to set alerts/alarms for tasks/events by using a time-specific dropdown for Tasks/Events.
This will result in the To Do list being more useful, saves time (less clicks), preserves calendar for meetings and improves sales automation.
Suggestions for dropdown (this is how Hubspot do it):
2 business days (Thursday)
3 business days (Friday)
4 business days (Monday)
5 business days (Tuesday)

Is it in the follow-up function, under the email messages, possible to have 6 and 18 months for follow-up?
And is it feasible to have a function (date and time) when the mass emails are to be sent? Like; If I'm Denmark, want to send out an email arriving let's say Monday morning 9,05 am in Singapore, is this possible? (The time for arrival is particularly important for getting a higher level of people opening/reading the email!)1 vote
shows black in Outlook on right side, unless I single click the tool bar, then goes black again, once released. Is this a bug that can be fixed for Mac Outlook?3 votes
