  1. Assistly Integration

    Provide an integration with Assistly, so that sales & marketing related items can be easily pushed to Nimble. It would be nice if Nimble could push support related cases back to Assistly.

  2. Add ability to delete social posts of others from your stream once you have viewed them

    put a delete option to the right of each social post that is aggregated in your stream. That way each time you check in you know you're viewing new social posts. The Gist app handles this task well.

  3. batch email everyone in a company

    When looking at a company profile, it's great to see a list of the people in that company on the right side. It's even cooler that there is a drop-down when I click on each of these people and I can work directly from that small side-tab in messaging, creating tasks/events.

    It would be great if I'm able to email everyone within a company all at once. At the moment, I have to go in to cut/paste each person's email address to message them all at once.

  4. Live Chat Integration with Customer data

    Would love to be able to integrate Live Chat (such as zopim, ogg chat, snapengage or live chat) into Nimble to be able to keep track of conversations etc.

  5. focus on tighter Google Apps integration

    I love your interface, functionality and generally your product. However, I came across Nimble via Google apps which is my platform. Until you have tighter integration of contacts and calendar as a minimum, I can't really use this as a serious CRM. Keep up the good work and I'll check back as you progress....

    Hi,

    We have two separate threads for these feature requests, one for Google Contacts sync and one for Google Calendar syncing.

    For now, we do not have an update on when we will release these fixes.

    In the meantime, I suggest using a tool such as Zapier, SyncApps by Cazoomi, or Itduzzit to keep new contacts up to date in Nimble or Google Contacts.

  6. leave calendar events on "Activities" until cleared or note added

    If I have a meeting, I want/need to enter notes about the meeting. Hoewever the current settings clear the event from the overview view.

  8. I would like to see uncompleted tasks and events in a small window in all tabs...

    I would like to see uncompleted tasks and events in a small window in all tabs such as "Contacts", "Messages", "Deals" or "Social".
    Seeing a small window with your uncompleted tasks or events of the day anywhere you are in nimble would help you stay focused through the day and i wouldn´t have to skip between all the time.

  9. Add time zone & local time for contact

    When contacting people in different time zones it would be great to have:
    1. THEIR current time shown
    2. Nimble calculate when YOU should phone to correspond with THEIR Time
    Would make things so much easier :)

  10. Use a separate Google calendar to sync Nimble tasks.

    You can create multiple calendars within your Google Login, why not create a separate Nimble Tasks calendar to sync Nimble tasks. Of course, keep your master calendar to sync with Nimble calendar events. Just a thought.

  12. Completed Activities - Date Filter

    I'd like to view my completed activities based on a date range.

    Example: I would choose a date range between June 3rd to July 24th to see what activities I've completed. Right now, Nimble shows me all my completed activities. It would be nice to filter by date.

    At the current moment, we will not be developing any invoicing integrations internally.

    When we release our developer API in Fall 2012,the likelihood of an invoicing integration with Nimble will certainly increase!

  14. How about telling your loyal and faithful "Nimblers"...

    It would be great to integrate Nimble into my business model; but it would REALLY be helpful if a schedule of release dates were published to provide the improvements being made and when future updates (improvements) will occur so that we can plan for it.

    While we agree that it would be awesome to share release dates, our team at Nimble is too small for us to commit to set deadlines for our releases, as many issues can come up that would push a release back.

    It does not seem possible to create a deal from the Email message screen, only a task. It would be more efficient to be able to do this from the perspective of an email context.

    At the current moment, we do not have plans to include the feature to create a deal from an email message.

    Instead, you can go to a contact record and select “Assign Deal” to create a deal from this view.

  18. Tie the placement of the 'you're about to overwrite your email' template warning to the email creation window.

    As it stands now, the above referenced message is dead-center top of the browser window, while the email creation window is the lower-right quadrant of the screen. Having to mouse over and click 'proceed' every time you select a template may not be too bad on a laptop screen, but on a 24"? It gets to be a tad annoying. ...and yes - I know this is a first-world problem. ;)

  19. Link new contacts to their respective company based on domain

    Hi,

    I noticed that some contacts do not link (or get attached to) to their rightful company even when the email domain of the contact matches the website domain of the company.

    As a result, we lose time and valuable insights since some contacts are floating around the database.The current workaround I found is to export all of our database into a CSV file and manually review everything to then re-import. This is not optimal.

    I've seen in other CRM a "Find Account" button that solves this issue.

    Could you add this "contact and company domain matching" function?

  20. Smart Contacts App Doesn't Work

    The smart contacts app doesn't work anything like what Nimble says it does. There doesn't seem to be any way to add contacts from your social pages. Very dissappointing.
