  1. Add ability to email all contacts connected to an event

    The event function is nice, but needs a lot more functionality. It would be great if I could send the same email to everyone connected to an event, but without them seeing each other, and being able to autofill a fields like "Last Name".

    What I mean is, I want to create an email that looks like this:

    To [First Name] [Last Name],

    Thank you for speaking at the upcoming event in [location] on [Date]...

    And then in the "To" field, instead of choosing individual contacts, I could choose events by name and it would send this message to each…

    Hi,

    At the current moment, we do not plan on adding the ability to send messages from a calendar event.

    Depending on how many votes this feature receives, we may revisit adding it to Nimble. For now, we do not plan on adding this feature in 2013.

  2. Shipping and billing address should be standard for companies

    I would like to see shipping and billing address on by default for companies. And work and home addresses on by default for contacts (not as critical as the first one, though).

  3. Enable photo/album uploading for Facebook (profile) & Facebook Pages

    Nimble would be even better if one could post photo or albums directly from the Nimble account...it would make like much easier :)

    Thank you for submitting this feature request. Unfortunately, we’re not currently planning on adding the ability to upload photos through the Facebook API, as we’re focusing on other areas of improvement for Nimble and your social accounts.

    We may review this request at another time if it receives votes from other users, but we must decline it for now.

    Hi,

    We’re not able to integrate with Hotmail because we only support IMAP email accounts and Hotmail is on POP3 protocol.

    I’m really sorry because I know there are still a lot of Hotmail users out there, but this is a limitation that is out of our hands.

  6. Nimble Daily

    Love the Nimble Daily. But as my task list gets larger, so does the email.
    I would suggest having a simple configuration with check boxes. The ability to choose events only, tasks only, tasks with stars only, or social updates; would be great.

    Hi,

    We are not currently investigating ways of making our Task notification email updates this specific.

    However, if this feature request receives more votes we will invest more time to bringing it to fruition.

  7. make a web-based mobile version

    Nimble is currently unusable on a mobile device. An iPhone app would be great, but a mobile/touch version would be really very useful.

  8. Give an option not to merge contacts with duplicate email

    Obviously it's not ideal, but sometimes we have customers that give the same email address (office@, info@ etc). Nimble helpfully suggests merging, but sometimes I'd like to be able to choose not to merge, but keep multiple contacts with this email associated.

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing in.

    We will likely not allow for keeping duplicate contacts with separate emails because we support storing multiple emails on a single contact record.

    Most of our users have requested the ability to keep as few duplicates as possible, therefore, we must decline this feature request.

  11. Enable Calendar and Task to use hyperlinks in notes.

    I think the above says it all. Enable hyperlinks with in calendar and tasks. I am sure there are other fields or custom fields that this would be handy. Just an example, you make an email a task or event, only because it contains all the detail you need for that activity.

  12. Contacts tab - List View display more than 30 contacts

    Sometimes for easy operation, could be very interesting show a little more users per page.

    Nimble shows only 30 per page.

    It'd be great if Nimble can show more.

    For now, we are not going to show more than 30 contacts per page in Nimble.

    If this feature receives an overwhelmingly large amount of votes, we will reconsider, but this is our decision for now.

  14. Add images to the client - log events. For now I am just linking to images I have to fist store on my server.

    Right now the only thing I can add to log events (as far as I can tell) are words. I would love to be able to drag and drop or upload images that show up on our client notes / log events.

    At this moment, we do not have plans to have the ability to add images to events that are logged in Nimble.

    If this request gains enough votes, we may revisit it in the future, but it is not on our backlog of features to add to Nimble for now.

  15. Exporting all emails to MailChimp

    Sometimes, a contact has more than one e-mail in his record.

    Nimble exports to Mailchimp only the first email.

    It could be helpful if Nimble can export all the emails belonging to a contact into the MailChimp lists.

  16. bring in open/activity from mailchimp to contact's record

    I want to see whether a particular user opened our email newsletter or that they received one versus another (because multiple segments in our communications)

    At the current moment, we are done with work on our MailChimp integration so it is unlikely that we will pull in open/activity information into Nimble when it is viewable in MailChimp.

    We may circle back to this feature sometime in the future, but for now it is not on our list of projects.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we’re not able to sync Nimble with your cell phone’s text messages because texts aren’t stored in the cloud.

    If Apple opens up iMessages to the public, then we could look at integrating with that platform in the future, but this feature will remain declined for now because there is no solution available right now. I’m sorry!

  19. Allow entry of monthly payments in deals

    A lot of the deals we add to nimble include some form of regular payment, such as hosting. It would be nice to be able to record these elements on deals.
    Currently I just leave them out of the deal and just add in the capital cost to the client.

  20. Add a 'documents' tab in the contacts view

    I several emails I attach (important) files. And with the large amount of emails that are send it sometimes hard to find back a certain file. Is it possible that Nimble find them for you. So next to the 'message','activities' and 'deals' tab a 'documents' tab. When you click on it you should see a complete list of all the files that were send to that specific contact or (in company view) to a contact belonging to a certain company.

    Hi,

    At the current moment, we do not have the ability to search messages that contain file attachments from within Nimble. If you are currently using Gmail, you can use the advanced search function to search for emails sent with specific file attachments.

    With regards to attaching documents to contacts, we are looking into integrations with various cloud document storage platforms to allow for better ease of access to documents that are related to your specific contacts.
