Allow changing of name of Company to Family for not for Profit Use
I'd love to use this for my not for profit group. I can use it as it with a few compromises, but would love for other users to be able to not have to. We work with families and members, rather than Companies and Contacts.

We do not have plans on adding the ability to change the name of “Company” to other names.
While we understand the need for customization and we see its importance, we have decided to decline this feature for the near future.

Enable "delete, view next message" functionality while in inbox
While in the inbox, hitting delete should take you to the next message rather than back to the inbox list.

have the function to declare an e-mail as SPAM.
It would be great to be able to declare an e-mail as Spam when received, to take advantage of Google´s Spam filter.

add an undo option after a contact merge
it seem that i have merged two contacts that were not duplicates of the same person. Having an undo option after a contact merge is completed would probably be helpful to many

Deal Stages, Probabilities and Weighted Forecasts
It would be nice to have the option to link deal stages to probabilities without having to enter them both separately. For example, you can set the Proposal stage to 65% so whenever you move to that stage you dont have to input the probability percentage again..

Ecommerce integration
I want a CRM that can connect to my ecommerce store. Specifically:
- Customers become contacts
- Sales data should be displayed when viewing a contact (i.e. orders to date, total sales, date of last order)
- Orders should be displayed when viewing a contact

At the current moment, we do not have plans to internally develop an ecommerce integration with Nimble and specific solutions such as PayPal or Google Checkout.
We have recently released an integration with Zapier (www.zapier.com) which will allow you to create a “trigger” between your ecommerce application and Nimble.
For example, a new customer in your Ecommerce software can be set to “Zap” to Nimble to create a new contact record.

Allow interactions in gmail to assign tasks and messages to deals
Allow interactions in gmail to assign tasks and messages to deals like Zoho Projects. Instead of having to be in Nimble to do everything, if I am in Gmail and I get an email with a prospect, I'd like to be able to add the message directly to the deal like Zoho projects allows for Project management.

Automatically fetch company logo from company website
Can it be made possible to auto-fetch a company logo from a company website. In 9 out 10 instances the company logo can be found in the same place on a website. As a user I enter the company website, so it will be highly likely that Nimble can auto-detect the correct company logo. The gray company icons look really boring at the moment, but finding logo's by yourself takes ages.

Create a dynamic contact search tool for pulling information from available web content to create specific demographic prospecting contacts.
The idea is to create a template that can be customized similar to the Nimble "Custom Fields" creating a custom search engine based on specific contact and demographics which would be pulled from available web and social mediums.

Thank you for submitting this feature request for us. We have added an “External Web Pages” tab to Nimble to allow our users to set up iframes, which can run queries on contact information on websites and present them within Nimble.

I would love the ability to map my contacts to a google map for scheduling purposes. This would allow me to cover more accounts in less time
One of the features from our current CRM is the ability to create a map with all the accounts and contacts in a certain city, zip code or state. This allows our reps to maximize their day by seeing as many people as possible.

Allow for other Task services in Nimble - like Toodledo
Obviously the integration with Google should allow for Google Tasks...but other Task service providers might just as well be integrated

While we are not currently planning on developing a Zendesk integration internally, we are much more likely to have an integration developed in 2013 because we recently opened our API to the public.

Duplicate Contacts
There should be option of identifying the duplicate contacts in your address book which were not merged during import. It can be on basis of first name, email id or phone no.

Unfortunately,we must decline this feature request. Our current merge algorithm seems to eliminate the chance of duplicate contacts appearing in Nimble since this feature was first submitted. In light of our merge improvements, we have decided that a duplicate identifier will be unnecessary for Nimble.

Assistly Integration
Provide an integration with Assistly, so that sales & marketing related items can be easily pushed to Nimble. It would be nice if Nimble could push support related cases back to Assistly.

Add ability to delete social posts of others from your stream once you have viewed them
put a delete option to the right of each social post that is aggregated in your stream. That way each time you check in you know you're viewing new social posts. The Gist app handles this task well.

batch email everyone in a company
When looking at a company profile, it's great to see a list of the people in that company on the right side. It's even cooler that there is a drop-down when I click on each of these people and I can work directly from that small side-tab in messaging, creating tasks/events.
It would be great if I'm able to email everyone within a company all at once. At the moment, I have to go in to cut/paste each person's email address to message them all at once.

Live Chat Integration with Customer data
Would love to be able to integrate Live Chat (such as zopim, ogg chat, snapengage or live chat) into Nimble to be able to keep track of conversations etc.

focus on tighter Google Apps integration
I love your interface, functionality and generally your product. However, I came across Nimble via Google apps which is my platform. Until you have tighter integration of contacts and calendar as a minimum, I can't really use this as a serious CRM. Keep up the good work and I'll check back as you progress....

We have two separate threads for these feature requests, one for Google Contacts sync and one for Google Calendar syncing.
For now, we do not have an update on when we will release these fixes.
In the meantime, I suggest using a tool such as Zapier, SyncApps by Cazoomi, or Itduzzit to keep new contacts up to date in Nimble or Google Contacts.
