    Hi,

At the current moment, we do not have plans to internally develop an ecommerce integration with Nimble and specific solutions such as PayPal or Google Checkout.

We have recently released an integration with Zapier (www.zapier.com) which will allow you to create a “trigger” between your ecommerce application and Nimble.

For example, a new customer in your Ecommerce software can be set to “Zap” to Nimble to create a new contact record.

We appreciate your continuing feedback and support and we would love to hear more about how you use Nimble. Please feel free to email us at care@nimble.com to share your thoughts and questions with us.

    Best regards,

    Joseph

    Joseph,
The Zapier integration is quite disappointing right now, as it can only create a new contact. I don't understand why you all wouldn't allow the zapier api much more functionality. For instance, new shopify purchases could be able to AT LEAST add a note to the contact's timeline in Nimble. That seems like a reasonable workaround. Similarly, through Zapier, a note could be added to the Nimble contact's timeline when an email is sent through mailchimp. Notes seem under-used right now, and it's confusing why the Zapier "integration" stops at simply creating a new contact. It could be SO much better. :/

    Hi,

We will review the option of having two way data flow from MailChimp to Nimble but we do not have a timeframe for if or when we’ll improve this integration.

We look forward to sharing more information in the future.

    Warm regards,

    -The Nimble Team
