Unfortunately Hootsuite does not give me the help I need, even with a paid acct that I can afford (which is the least expensive one). Hence I'm still paying a different service annually for what I need rather than using Nimble. I keep looking in about twice a year to see if you're going to change this. Until then, my money is going to sproutsocial.
