I feel like the "pipeline" and "list" buttons should be tabs (or just a dropdown "view") to be more consistent with the accepted standards for changing a "view" option.3 votes
Control deals is as important as controlling the clients do not understand why the feature offers nimble is still so limited. Should have at least the same features as contacts.
- Advanced search
- Data Fields
- Edit multiple offers at once
What does the title of this post is a suggestion, but also miss:
- Option to display the calendar Deals
- Set the Stage for Color
- Group Stages
- Define which columns are displayed
- Offer Type
Adding a bi-weekly mail that asks the user to update every one and each of the deals in the pipleline.
Often, I miss deals in the pipeline. I suggest bi-weekly mail that reminds you to update every deal either encourage you to talk to the prospect, move the deal forward or close it. But make sure the deal is not getting old in the pipleline.3 votes
Related to another card on here, but would really like the deals view to utilize the full screen-width. I keep the window open on half of my Thunderbolt display, and there's still a lot of wasted space. If I drag it to full width I get no benefit. http://cl.ly/image/01143h1a2y1G3 votes
I'd like to be able to use Nimble to make sure we're hitting our weekly goals of outreach and I'm not sure how to accomplish that right now. We currently have all of our deals, interactions, notes, etc. in Nimble but no way to answer the question of "What's activity did we have this week?"3 votes
Notes logged in deals cannon be related/connected to contacts and/or companies eventhough these notes involve both the deal and the contact/companie. To get a complete picture i need to look in the deal notes and the contact notes to see al relevant information.
It would be helpfull if logged notes appear in all related items. This way one on note has to be logged and all information is available across all related items (Deal, Contact and Compagie)3 votes
Make the DEALS pipelines fit within one page and provide folders where one can just view pipeline for specific products (like in Pipedrive)3 votes
Nimble works great for non-profits and other non-sales oriented organisations, however the inability to disable the deals feature altogether can be a barrier to greater usage by these communities. It would be great if we could have 'deals' as an optional feature.3 votes
Can you confirm when this feature will be available, without it unfortunately Nimble is not suitable for my SaaS business.3 votes
Now the currency is set in Deal Pipeline settings and is the same for every deal in the pipeline.
Our deals are in different currencies, EUR, USD, etc. depending on the customer's location and I need to have a possibility to set a custom currency for every single deal separately; otherwise, it's not usable - I either need to create a separate pipeline for each currency, which is not ok, or make currency conversions when I add a deal if a currency different from the default one.3 votes
In many cases I would like te relate a deal to its direct company, and the corporate organization/holding it belongs to, so I can see the names of the contacts I have been talking to.3 votes
CSV export includes Date Created and Expected Close, but not the 'Closed On' field. It would be great to include this field in the export. Makes tracking performance much much easier.3 votes
Ability to access Deal data to integrate deal data with Podio deals app.3 votes
Make Lead Type and Status easy to see (top of profile) and easy to change (from Deal page).
On the Deal view you should have the Lead Status (example: contacted, not contacted, interested, closing phase, closed etc) on each of the Contact boxes (small as they are it is okay). Should allow an easy to change drop down menu to move the Contact from "cold" to "hot" Status.
Otherwise this involves a lot of clicks and digging around to find the info.3 votes
I would like to see a total deal amount vs. amount owed with a deadline on payment.
I could easily see an overview of how many deals in my que for a total amount in a specific time AND also see the outstanding amount if any for current deals with deadlines.
I could greatly forecast budget and staffing concerns with this information.3 votes
Activity View in Deals Page should include the ContactName the Activity is related to, kind of like on the Activities Page.
Right now I see a list of Activities, e.g. "callback scheduled", but I don't see who this relates to.3 votes
Currently, the Reports Dashboard only displays Average Revenue won and lost. Total is more important to a business than the average. Please add that to the Dashboard.
If Nimble ever adds Monthly Revenue as an option to deals, it would be useful to see Monthly Total Revenue as well.
Thank you!2 votes
Very concrete question: when I create a new activity or log in a deal and enter a contact in "Related to", why does it now show below "Pending Deals" when I go to that contact. That makes no sense. I have to include the deal manually in "Contacts involved in this deal"...which is an unnecessary additional step!2 votes
We have a few deals that are handled by multiple co-workers. It would make things a lot easier, if we could assign a deal to multiple users, so every authorized user can change the state and details of a deal.2 votes
