  1. Show Total Revenue won and lost in the Deals Dashboard

    Currently, the Reports Dashboard only displays Average Revenue won and lost. Total is more important to a business than the average. Please add that to the Dashboard.

    If Nimble ever adds Monthly Revenue as an option to deals, it would be useful to see Monthly Total Revenue as well.

  2. Offer a Reseller / Channel Partner Management

    We offer our product online, so that anyone can purchase it (fulcrumapp.com), but we are actively and aggressively developing an international network of resellers and partners. We want to properly and accurately be able to compensate each partner or reseller according to their leads and deals that they close. We don't currently see a way in Nimble to allow our partners to register Leads (contacts/companies) or Deals. More common is the concern that a prospective customer of a partner could simply come directly to us and potentially bypass the local or regional partner and register for the product without that…

  3. Make probability scores more detailed

    We need probability scores to be more specific to accurately reflect our pipeline. At the moment they are in multiples of 10, i.e. 10%, 20%, etc. If possible, can you create probability with increments of 5% - or even 1% if possible?

  4. Possibility to assign deal to multiple co-workers

    We have a few deals that are handled by multiple co-workers. It would make things a lot easier, if we could assign a deal to multiple users, so every authorized user can change the state and details of a deal.

  5. Better connect contacts and deals

    Very concrete question: when I create a new activity or log in a deal and enter a contact in "Related to", why does it now show below "Pending Deals" when I go to that contact. That makes no sense. I have to include the deal manually in "Contacts involved in this deal"...which is an unnecessary additional step!

  6. report on data fields

    I really need the ability to pull reports weekly/monthly/annually on data fields. For example, I have different custom lead sources set up in my lead fields. I would like to easily be able to report on revenue, deal stage, revenue, etc by lead source.

  8. elance integration

    We are a software company and bid on many projects in elance.com. It would be nice if we can import the elance bid into nimble deals so we have a dashboard view of our pipeline. Thanks.

  9. be able to see separate deals in pipeline mode

    In Deals, when I search for a type of deal, it shows up in List View... it would be extraordinarily useful if it could show in Pipeline view.

  11. Move the Lead Source field in the Deals record

    The lead Type, Status and Source fields are now entered in the Contacts record (for a specific Deal). This is the wrong place. The source of any opportunity (aka Deal) will stay the same, but contacts change over time, especially if you have a long sales cycle.

    SFDC has this one right. The lead source is attached to the Opportunity record, and then you can add people to the deal, designating them as things like Decision Maker, Influencer, etc.

    You could conceivably get to the same place with your approach, but it forces you to remember to change a lot…

  12. Deleting multiple roles and sections for monthly deals

    We currently use an excel document to track all our deals with a tab for each month, I can't see anything on Nimble that allows you to do this- by the end of the year the won section will be extremely overcrowded.

    I also noticed that there is no multiple select when it comes to deleting deals or progressing them to the next stage- it took me well over 3 hours to refresh and update our account, is it possible to add this in?

  13. When there is no avatar available on the pipeline page for a given deal, fall back to a generic icon

    Right now, when viewing the pipeline for the whole team, I see a broken image icon in the upper right of each deal box (pipeline view). Presumably this is because no avatar is available. Instead, show a generic avatar and perhaps a way to upload an image?

  15. Deals addition / cash flow reporting

    Under deal reporting I suggest an area that details the projected length of the new deal 'won' which would subsequently total out an aggregate cash flow projection over the following months based on all deals successfully won and length of engagement. Better, itemize projected billing cycles for each deal with the dollar value for each billing cycle date then aggregate cash flow projections within the report.

  16. It would be great to be able to add a auto-generated ID number to 'deals'

    It would be great to be able to add a auto-generated ID number to 'deals' as Zoho CRM does. It is great because you can actually personalise this by having your company's initial placed in the reference. It allows the companies you work with to easily track deals, in case they have too many.

  17. allow deals also to be defined in more categories then $ only, e.g. # of users

    If you enter a new deal you can only specify your goal with a USD amount. For us, we need this deals in other categories, too, esp. amout of users a new deal can bring along with.

  18. have a way of using color for the deals pipeline.

    I work with several suppliers and would like to assign color to each supplier so when I look at my pipeline I can instantly see what I need to work on AND how I am doing for each supplier. I have no way of setting up the deal with this additional information right now and I think color would work.

  19. List view to combine deals and contacts and track status

    I urgently require a tool similar to RelateIQ's list view for fundraising. Basically it allows to create deals in a table and track status in definable fields. That is a really awesome feature and I would hate to have to switch to RelateIQ. Is something like that on your Agenda already!

  20. Update the reports. The reports have less information now and just graphs. I need to be able to see a report of closed business each week

    Before I could run a report for my custom week range (Mon - Sun) and populate a report that showed me all the closed deals for that week listed out. If this is something that exists in the new Deals pipeline, I'm unable to find it. The reports now just populate bar graphs of information which is not helpful in capturing stats for week to week reviews. Can we please have optional reports like they were before.
