  1. allow a single e-mail to a large group of people.

    I would like to select a list of people and simply send it to all of them...no merge tags or individual messages -- just one single message to a large group of people.

  2. Confirm Email Template Deletions

    When ever user data is at risk of unrecoverable loss "confirm delete" should be offered. Email Templates, the edit pencil and delete icon are too close together, and if trash is selected it is a fatal mistake... sadly I know :(

  4. Fix formatting view for the emails that go out from WRIKE

    What a mess! I formatted an email with name and company on each line. There was about 15 names and companies. Looked fine in the WRIKE email editor. Once I got a copy of the email it was a complete mess:

  7. Unified Message Inbox - Filtering Options

    I am having a hard time getting the Messages tab to show me a full picture of the messages I want to send or respond to, and of the people I want / need to interact with.

    I have 2 email inboxes and Twitter connected to Nimble as there is some overlap between my personal and business contacts. Also, I get a ton of promotional and other emails which clog up the tab.

    I can currently only choose between my two email accounts, the Twitter profile and the various mailbox folders (Inbox, Sent, Starred, etc).

  8. Need to send meeting requests

    Would like to send Meeting requests, like I do with Outlook and have people accept, decline or suggest alternative...

  9. Disable the Storage of attachments to emails sent

    We often need to send visuals of our work to potential customers. Email attachments consume storage very fast, but we still want to keep records of the email messages sent in the Activities section. We do not need the attachments, it would be great of there was a feature to disable the storing of attachments on for example a specific Group message.

  10. I would like to see the history of opens for a tracked email. I do not see that, if it exists

    When viewing an email I would like to see that it was opened after I have seen a notification that it was. When reviewing activities it would be useful to review email opens, as well. If this already exists, I do not yet see it. People forward emails to superiors (what a horrible word, actually!) for consideration. Thanks

  13. Tie the placement of the 'you're about to overwrite your email' template warning to the email creation window.

    As it stands now, the above referenced message is dead-center top of the browser window, while the email creation window is the lower-right quadrant of the screen. Having to mouse over and click 'proceed' every time you select a template may not be too bad on a laptop screen, but on a 24"? It gets to be a tad annoying. ...and yes - I know this is a first-world problem. ;)
