  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. End of week = Sunday; but in business terms it is better to use Friday

    In Activities Scheduling I suggest to change "This Week" to be Friday EOB (end of business).
    That way the reminders (Nimble daily) will include the outstanding stuff by Friday instead of being overlooked until Sunday... - where I prefer not to work too much ;-) !

    It will be nice to have an export as .ICS or email activity.

    Unfortunately, we do not plan to send email activity exports out of Nimble for reporting purposes.

    This currently falls out of the scope of our product.

  4. sort activities assigned BY you TO others

    enable sorting activities that have been assigned by you to others would be great for administrators to track assignments

  5. In Activities, add the List View filter options to the Calendar view eg 'show all' 'assigned to: me' so calendar updates with filtered view

  6. Make uncompleted activities a different color/style from completed activities

    Right now, all activities are indicated in the contact record with a blue check. It's hard to know what is uncompleted/completed until you click on the little arrow on the right. Can uncompleted activities be a hollow check, and completed be a blue check? Or can you otherwise show uncompleted/completed activities differently.

  8. Allow to show tasks assigned to all.

    When viewing tasks, add the possibility to view task assigned to all the members of the organization.

  9. Search Capability for Tasks

    Nimble needs the ability to search tasks for keywords in the subject and the notes. This would be invaluable in locating key data on a conversation or project with a customer.

    We definitely see the value in being able to search for Task. This feature request is under review and once it receives more votes, we will investigate ways of bringing it to fruition.

    For the time being, you can find a list of your Tasks and Events under your Activities tab.

  10. Drag and drop task items in list view

    Enable an ajax function to drag and drop individual tasks to different areas of the timeline without having to click the edit icon and make changes to the date

  11. Combine elements of Nirvana GTD task management into the Activities view

    Actually, it looks like you are already headed this way... but a combination of the thought behind Nirvana (https://www.nirvanahq.com/) and your activities tab would be extremely powerful.

  12. Search Capability for Events

    There is a strong needs for search in events. Say you need to reschedule a meeting and cannot remember the date or some other detail on the event. Searching be keywords in subject and notes would be invaluable.

  13. Enable Calendar and Task to use hyperlinks in notes.

    I think the above says it all. Enable hyperlinks with in calendar and tasks. I am sure there are other fields or custom fields that this would be handy. Just an example, you make an email a task or event, only because it contains all the detail you need for that activity.

  15. bring in open/activity from mailchimp to contact's record

    I want to see whether a particular user opened our email newsletter or that they received one versus another (because multiple segments in our communications)

    Hi,

    At the current moment, we are done with work on our MailChimp integration so it is unlikely that we will pull in open/activity information into Nimble when it is viewable in MailChimp.

    We may circle back to this feature sometime in the future, but for now it is not on our list of projects.

  16. Allow for other Task services in Nimble - like Toodledo

    Obviously the integration with Google should allow for Google Tasks...but other Task service providers might just as well be integrated

  17. Live Chat Integration with Customer data

    Would love to be able to integrate Live Chat (such as zopim, ogg chat, snapengage or live chat) into Nimble to be able to keep track of conversations etc.

  18. leave calendar events on "Activities" until cleared or note added

    If I have a meeting, I want/need to enter notes about the meeting. Hoewever the current settings clear the event from the overview view.

  19. I would like to see uncompleted tasks and events in a small window in all tabs...

    I would like to see uncompleted tasks and events in a small window in all tabs such as "Contacts", "Messages", "Deals" or "Social".
    Seeing a small window with your uncompleted tasks or events of the day anywhere you are in nimble would help you stay focused through the day and i wouldn´t have to skip between all the time.

    We have decided to leave incomplete tasks under the Activities tab to keep other tabs clean in Nimble.

  20. Use a separate Google calendar to sync Nimble tasks.

    You can create multiple calendars within your Google Login, why not create a separate Nimble Tasks calendar to sync Nimble tasks. Of course, keep your master calendar to sync with Nimble calendar events. Just a thought.
