    This is not an idea - but a loss of functionality which is quite serious in my view (lost on the december update): On the deals tab - viewing your pipeline as a list there is no longer a sum of the total value of the deals. We use this to monitor our pipeline size on the fly. Please fix!

  3. Add the ability to Reset Reminder while bulk editing in search mode

    When looking at one person's page I can click the Stay in Touch icon and get a drop down of
    *Weekly
    *Monthly
    *Quarterly
    *Annuallly
    *RESET REMINDER
    *No Reminder

    When bulk editing via searches I get a list that EXCLUDES the Reset Reminder:
    *Weekly
    *Monthly
    *Quarterly
    *Annuallly
    *No Reminder

    ADD the Reset Reminder to the bulk edit dropdown for Stay in Touch

    Use the free USPS API to verify & format addresses to the USPS standard, including Zip+4

    Add a method to verify individually, or verify all addresses.

    Mark a verified address as 'locked' (see my other suggestion)

  5. Add a check box to lock addresses, phone numbers

    I use addresses a lot. Nimble adds all kinds of incomplete addresses to the list of addresses for a person or company. These sometimes show up above a correct address I have verified, making them 'address 1' in an export.

    Add a check box next to an address to lock an address as a main (top) address for the address type that does not get updated by Nimble. Nimble can still add all the bogus addresses, but they won't be picked as 'address 1'. There could be a main Work, Home and Other address checked

    The same applies for phone…

  6. Provide an option to display social media profiles based on the contact's full name.

    I get social media profile suggestions based on last name with no regard to first name. If a person's name is Abigal Adams, I need to see all social media contacts for "Abigal" Adams not John Adams, Sam Adams, Susan Adams, etc.

  8. Allow sorting of Deals by Expected Date (when grouped)

    We generally use the list view for our Deals. When we select "Owner" in the "grouped by" drop-down, the Deals are sorted in seemingly random order. We would like to have the Deals sorted by Expected Date even when they are grouped.

  9. Fix the bug that deleted all my email templates when I saved a new one.

    I might have to stop using Nimble. I added a new e-mail template and my first 5 templates DISAPPEARED. How is this defect real.....

  12. Past due tasks can be dragged and dropped to today It is a lot of work to have to edit each task when I just want them to roll over

    When tasks become past due, it is a "task" to have to move the dates. I would like to see us be able to drag and drop them to a different date or have a button to have them move over to today...

    i.e., on a specific field for a group of records, such as changing a selected group of people to a specific lead type all at once, similar to tagging a group at once.

  14. Sort the Tags column in the Contacts list alphabetically

    It would be much easier to visually scan for missing or obsolete tags in the Contacts list if they were sorted alphabetically within the Tags column. Currently they appear to be sorted by the order they were added to each contact record.

  15. Deals displays Profit margin

    Add a column to Deals to enter the profit margin, adding this feature to Deals would universally help all Nimble customer that use deals. good to see revenue but even better to see the profit on deals

  16. Make it possible to rearrange the order of Email Templates (probably using drag and drop)

    I want to be able to put the most used message/email templates at the top of the dropdown list

    So want Nimble to have the functionality where can rearrange the order of Email Templates, probably using drag and drop or similar.

  19. copy contact information to share

    I often want to share contact information in an email with other people to make a referral or introduction. Goldmine had the ability to click a single button to copy the Name, Company, phone numbers and email address into the text buffer to paste into an email or document.
