  1. display custom fields in more than a list

    Currently when I setup new tabs in the data fields section whenever I add groups and custom fields it only displays in one long list. It would be great if I could create 2 columns or even blocks of content.

  2. Move the Save button for new or editing activities to the top of the box

    When I'm using my iPad or iPhone to enter new or edit activities, I have to maneuver the page to get the bottom of the window because of the large amount of white space. It would be much faster if the Save button was at the top of the box.

  3. Integrate with more options available in Zapier

    Add more triggers and actions to Zapier integration. There has to be a way you can advocate for them if they handle the integration. Did you make it difficult with your programming and available ways they could bring in data? Piesync is not accepting new customers so that's not an acceptable solution and unless there's another option that includes way more apps, truely automating all parts of my business requires better integration with zapier. What would it take for this to happen? It seems like a no brainer that would make your whole service more valuable.

  4. Support HTML signatures

    Support HTML signatures on the Create Your Email Signature page. Allow pasting of HTML code generated elsewhere.
    The current signature box supports adding pictures & links but DOES NOT support full HTML code. Full HTML support allows sizing, foreground and background colors, tables, etc. This is important so that the email I send from other software contains the same signature as the email sent from Nimble.

  5. Modify layout of contact screen

    It would be really helpful if you were able to modify the layout of the screen when you open up a contact. I'd like to be able to move the contact fields and tags closer to the top where the name is

  6. Auto follow up voor email

    I would like the option to add follow up emails. This will save me the time to remind myself to follow up on certain sent mails. Have a look at https://www.gmail-auto-follow-up.com how they did this.

  7. adding more options for social accounts

    In my business my customers use Etsy and Pinterest a lot. I would love to see this added to the Social accounts. Maybe an "open option"? This would give the option to add any (Spotify, YouTube and many more)

  8. Have an alert bar for service outages

    Have a status/alert bar whenever there is a known service issue so that you don't get multiple users all reporting the same problem. That way the user community knows there is a problem or has an idea of the ETA for when it will be resolved. Having it it yellow highlighter or in a color border box or something that draws attention would be even better.

  9. In the call activity export, allow for more custom fields from the contact to be added: Comnpany, Lead Status, Lead Type, Lead Source.

    The call activity export has limited fields. Add the option to select more fields like company, lead type, lead status, lead source and make it available in the export.

  10. discord

    I would love the ability to integrate my Discord connections. In my line of work it's increasingly common for clients to require Discord communication, where they also change their usernames, create servers etc. It becomes a nightmare to track :(

  11. on the org. url - have it automatically populate a field near the url on the Data Field to eliminate redundant data entry on the Org.

  12. Zap trigger for when a deal closes or enters a specific stage

    I'd love to see the Zapier integration expanded to include triggers that relate to deals - right now it's only about contacts. For example, a trigger associated with a deal closing; the ability to trigger a Slack message, or send the info to Asana or Airtable for project management to take over.

  13. "Last contact by me" feature

    It would be great if we can scrub the list specifically by call, email, or any other "activity log" type that is preset or custom created as an activity. that way we can see the last time we called a specific person in a list or last time we emailed a person in a list or sent a LinkedIn note, etc, etc.

  15. Email tracking notifications

    It says desktop notifications are available for email tracking but we set it and do not get any. We have allowed access so they dont get blocked through chrome. This is frustrating.

  16. Allow reordering list of Descriptions in Contacts

    In the Contacts > Data Fields > Description area of a Contact I'd like to be able to change the order (Drag & Drop?). It I find a Description that I want to add & it is more important or relevant than those already there, I'd like top make it more prominent by moving it to the "top" of the list of Descriptions. Thanks!.

  17. I would like to see the history of opens for a tracked email. I do not see that, if it exists

    When viewing an email I would like to see that it was opened after I have seen a notification that it was. When reviewing activities it would be useful to review email opens, as well. If this already exists, I do not yet see it. People forward emails to superiors (what a horrible word, actually!) for consideration. Thanks

  18. Instagram for Signals

    Our industry heavily relies on Instagram, it would be useful if we could connect our Instagram feed to signals so we can keep up to date with who we are following and add necessary updates to contact records all within Nimble.

  20. Indication on contact record of if the contact has been exported to Mailchimp

    Some automatic indication on the contact record to show if the contact has been exported to Mailchimp or not. Would be helpful if Nimble were also able to check against Mailchimp contacts for an address so as to know if it was already in there or not.
