  1. Link specific email to a deal, to allow others to see email details.

    With me, most of the deal communication is via email. Specific emails need to be linked to the deal. Currently all emails to the contact are listed, and other team members can't see these emails. Saving each email to PDF and then attaching or logging a note, not practical. Ideally this needs to be done in outlook. (perhaps via BCC to specific deal email code, but would be nice to link previous email as well, before deal created)

  2. Add triggers available in Zapier when a tag is added or removed

    There's not much automation available through zapier and piesync doesn't sync with the apps I need. I want to be able to set up automated sequences that relate to other services when we designate (or undesignate) leads or customers in certain ways and the only way to do this is zapier. Please work with them to make this possible!

    I can deal with this compromise now because of the unparalleled social media integration in the way I need. Though as business grows, the automation of online processes rather than having to do things manually between services is absolutely essential. Currently…

  3. Sort by Company

    Add Sort List By Company Option to the Filter in the Table Settings area

    It allows me to sort by "Last Contacted" and "Type" which I use often, but I want to see all the company names sorted first, then by name so I can quickly see wrong data in the other field columns.

  4. MAss Edits

    Currently, we can add a tag to a mass list which is nice... however we cannot remove a tag from a mass list... please consider adding this function.

  6. Integrate Nimble tasks with MS planner and MS ToDo (which are already integrated within Office 365

    Integrate Nimbe tasks into MS planner and MS ToDo within MS Office 365 Online as they are integrated into teams etc and the whole O365 Ecosystem.

  7. Mobile app should work offline

    The mobile app is great but cut the network and you cannot access your contacts anymore.
    It would be useful to be able to access and work with the app offline and have options to sync automatically/manually the changes when back online.
    A bit like the phone book on your mobile phone.

  8. Update Deal with Outlook Add-in

    From what I can tell there is no way to update a deal after it has been created using the Outlook add-in.

    It would be nice to be able to update information related to a deal in Outlook or at least have a quick link that will take me to the specific deal page on Nimble.com where I can quickly make updates.

    Right now it is tedious to update deals when working in Outlook - especially if I don't have Nimble openin on my browser.

  11. Need UI redesign

    The new UI is bad. Yes while much more colorful, you have to scroll twice as far and it is very difficult to find items. Another case of ... we made it pretty by giving up useability. Need to redesign.

    The new domain link doesn't always work and does not allow a cut/paste quick entry from a site. You have to take off the https:// Also, it doesn't always link properly.

  15. Google Calendar Sync Issue

    I had someone send me an event which I added to my google calendar. Unfortunately they sent it as a recurring event and couldn't change it. So, I deleted the event from Google Calendar but the events (all of them) are still showing in Nimble, even though they've been removed.

  16. Include "All That Apply" boxes

    I have created custom data fields for unique contact information. Please add an opportunity to have check boxes allowing for multiple choices. For example, I email articles and monitor who reads them. By allowing the use of check boxes, I can immediately see which articles have been read and proceed with a discussion.

  17. Fix formatting view for the emails that go out from WRIKE

    What a mess! I formatted an email with name and company on each line. There was about 15 names and companies. Looked fine in the WRIKE email editor. Once I got a copy of the email it was a complete mess:

  18. User group for Nimble users

    Not sure if this is the proper place, but I wonder if there is a forum for Nimble Users to talk with one another? Maybe a place we could all help eachother use the system and take a bit of weight off the care team at Nimble. I would love to be a moderator of such a group or just a member. Is there one already? If not can we start one?

  19. Sync Google Reminders

    I would love the ability to sync the reminders I have set up in Google with Nimble. If not matching it to a conntact, at least visable in the "Today" tab.
