    Always helps to see what I've accomplished for the day!

  3. Need UI redesign

    The new UI is bad. Yes while much more colorful, you have to scroll twice as far and it is very difficult to find items. Another case of ... we made it pretty by giving up useability. Need to redesign.

  5. should have a Canadian datacenter

    Do you plan to have an option to store data in Canada? The request is coming from Partners and customers, canadian and american,

  6. domain link

    The new domain link doesn't always work and does not allow a cut/paste quick entry from a site. You have to take off the https:// Also, it doesn't always link properly.

  7. Google Calendar Sync Issue

    I had someone send me an event which I added to my google calendar. Unfortunately they sent it as a recurring event and couldn't change it. So, I deleted the event from Google Calendar but the events (all of them) are still showing in Nimble, even though they've been removed.

  8. Include "All That Apply" boxes

    I have created custom data fields for unique contact information. Please add an opportunity to have check boxes allowing for multiple choices. For example, I email articles and monitor who reads them. By allowing the use of check boxes, I can immediately see which articles have been read and proceed with a discussion.

  9. Fix formatting view for the emails that go out from WRIKE

    What a mess! I formatted an email with name and company on each line. There was about 15 names and companies. Looked fine in the WRIKE email editor. Once I got a copy of the email it was a complete mess:

  10. User group for Nimble users

    Not sure if this is the proper place, but I wonder if there is a forum for Nimble Users to talk with one another? Maybe a place we could all help eachother use the system and take a bit of weight off the care team at Nimble. I would love to be a moderator of such a group or just a member. Is there one already? If not can we start one?

  11. Sync Google Reminders

    I would love the ability to sync the reminders I have set up in Google with Nimble. If not matching it to a conntact, at least visable in the "Today" tab.

  13. Add ability to call tech support

    Almost all other CRM's I have used have a call center dedicated to support. Some have SLA's associated with their support levels but they have a telephone number.

    This feature would ease the adoption of Nimble into more environments. 5 hours to reply back to a chat is not ok, period.

  14. Company Activity Stream Should Include Contact Activities

    LOVE the new Contact Interface with Activity Stream front and center - great job!

    You need to include activities for all contacts in the activity stream for the company to which they belong though. I need one place where I can go to see all the activities for a company, where all of those activities are against the contact, not the company. I don't email the company; I don't have a meeting with the company... But I do meet with multiple people at the company and I need to see all of those interactions.

  15. Add company contacts from new company page - have info pre-filled

    I have two things I do day in and day out. And I'm finding that Nimble doesn't do them particularly well.

    1. Show me a list of my companies AND all the contacts in a concise summary
    2. Allow me to EASILY add new contacts to the company I'm viewing with minimal clicks and data entry.

    The newish UI has an "add contacts" displayed when I'm looking at the company screen but when I click to add I have to fill everything in - it won't pre-fill that the contact works at the company that I am on.

  16. Lift the limit on group emails.

    Can we make the number of recipients in a group email from 100 to unlimited?
    I lost a client that couldn't effectively launch a marketing campaign and when back to sendinblue. His subscriber list is over 40k and sending group email template to 100 people at a time was not reasonable. Thanks for your time.

  17. add spouse option in contact info

    I utilize CRM mainly for individuals and households. It would be useful for me to be able to add spouse info such as name, email, phone, birthdate.

  18. Link new contacts to their respective company based on domain

    Hi,

    I noticed that some contacts do not link (or get attached to) to their rightful company even when the email domain of the contact matches the website domain of the company.

    As a result, we lose time and valuable insights since some contacts are floating around the database.The current workaround I found is to export all of our database into a CSV file and manually review everything to then re-import. This is not optimal.

    I've seen in other CRM a "Find Account" button that solves this issue.

    Could you add this "contact and company domain matching" function?

  20. allow preview of touches, notes, activities!

    When I look at the pending & history of a contact, I can only see the titles of conversations. It would be great to be also able to see the first few lines of the notes I've recorded either right below or by hovering over the Activity Title.
