  1. help me to select contacts/ companies then, as a bulk action, code the relationship type

    It would be good to select contacts/ companies and, as a bulk action (to save masses of time), code the relationship type (client, prospect, network, etc.). I would then like to view my contacts/ companies by relationship type. Many thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for submitting this feature request.

    We are marking this feature as complete because we have features in Nimble that fit your needs.

    At the current moment, all users may select contacts and companies and as a bulk action, apply a tag to these contacts. The tag label can be coded in any way that specifically helps out your work flow.

    Then, you will be able to select that tagged group from the Contacts tab in Nimble to quickly access these important contacts.

  2. enable a feature where you can schedule tweets and facebook status updates.

    Since CoTweet, owned by ExactTarget, is shutting down CoTweet, it would be advantageous to include this feature in Nimble. Having the ability to track it which of those contacts in our account have viewed and/or clicked would be a nice too.

  4. tagging of contacts

    Let me tag contact and let the tag be a search criteria (like in highrise). Let me find for instance "all hobby photographers that I know in NY", by search for every contact in NY which I tagged with "photographer".

  7. Create follow-up activity when completing an activity

    When I complete a task or activity, I would like the system to prompt me to set up the next activity.

  9. Allow auto-suggest in the primary search bar.

    Wouldn't it be great if we could start typing a name in the search bar and Nimble auto-suggests matches?

    I think most programs (and Windows Search) work this way now...

  10. Show the Stay In Touch button on all contacts, not just the contacts surfaced on the Today tab.

    i really like the new stay in touch button next to contacts on the Today tab, it should be available on any contact anywhere in the system.

  11. make gmail gadget collapsed by default

    Love new gmail gadget. But I see a small problem right now. When I expand conversations, gadget window opens for all of them and drags a bit on performance as it looks everything up. I wish by default gadget window was collapsed, and if I needed it, I can just click to expand it and THEN check/load content.

    We developed a Google Chrome version of the Widget that is collapsable by default.

    We do not have plans to make the Google Apps version of the Widget collapsable in the near future, therefore, I recommend uninstalling that application from your Google Apps Domain Management page. Then, install the app to Chrome directly, from the link above.

  12. Show feed of all contacts social activity

    I want to see a (Twitter) stream of all my contacts posts, regardless of whether or not I'm following them.
    So I can see at a glance what people are up to and maybe start following them.
    Or even better, be able to select Following/Not Following/Both.

  13. Integrate with Quickbooks Online

    Quickbooks Online is one of the more popular online accounting platforms and an integration would be fantastic. When I add an account in either Nimble or Quickbooks Online, I would love to see that account automatically entered into the other platform.

    We now feature 2-way sync with Quickbooks, including syncing accounting fields, tagging contacts based on rules (open balance, past due), and syncing custom fields from Quickbooks to Nimble via our all-new PieSync integration.

  15. Add tasks to the Calendar View

    It would be useful to view tasks alongside the calendar as a To Do List, similar to what you can in Outlook. Gives you one "dashboard view" of all your activities.

    Hi Alan,

    You can now add a Task from the Calendar view in the Activities tab in Nimble. Just select “New Activity” and you can create either a new task or a new event!

  16. View Contact URL without pressing "Edit" (Hyperlink)

    When you view a contact, the website URL is not visible and you have to click edit contact, cut and paste the url, to get to client website. Hyperlink needs to be in contacts details. Like email and phone.

  17. add MS Outlook to the list of Nimble networks

    If i click on an email address in the profile of a contact I cannot select MS Outlook as an option. Since i use outlook for email I have to leave Nimble to send my email and then come back.

    Thank you for writing to us on our Feature Request forum.

    For the time being, we do not offer an integration with Outlook and Nimble, but we plan to release a Nimble 4 Outlook integration at the end of this week (2/20/2013).

    This integration will allow you to view your Nimble contacts from within MS Outlook and it sounds like it may suit your needs.

  18. filter and sort by ratings

    SHould be able to view ratings and sort contacts by ratings. Also need ability to filter contacts / companies by ratings.

  20. Advanced Search on every page

    Please Add the advanced search feature to the regular search box on every page without having to open the advanced search page.

    It would be great being able to search for file names of attachments and everything else in "Pending & History" and every other tab.
