  2. Edit Contact info(Lead Type, Status, etc) in Grid view without having to open each contact

    I see you can edit important, reminders and tags, but I would also love to be able to edit Lead type, lead status, email, etc by clicking in the list.

  3. Add Ability to Manually Update "Last Contacted'

    Currently, "Last Contacted" is only updated through communications via email or social network. Not all conversations happen through these mediums, therefore, users should be able to manually update "Recently Contacted" and leave a note for the method of contact (call, in-person, etc).

  4. Add support for OneDrive for attaching files

    Currently you can attach files from Google Drive or Dropbox, but our company uses Sharepoint online and OneDrive. Has support for OneDrive been considered?

  5. Is there a way to undo a deleted contact? Either that or is there a list of deleted contacts (like a trash folder)??? I accidentally deleted

  6. Let us manually reset or overide the stay in touch / past due reporting.

    I do stay in touch with contacts but often through an offline process. However I can see a growing list of people I'm being warned are past due for a 'stay in touch' effort and there seems to be no way of logging an offline initiative that the system recognises and causing it to reset the clock. Or am I missing something?

  7. Add the ability to set specific contacts as private

    Sales staff should be able to "protect" their contacts from other sales people from getting deleted, used, shared, etc.

    Admins should be able to create a contact then share with particular people of their choice (creating a custom territory for their sales team).

    Admin needs more control and 'management' features over team.

    ALSO... contacts need to backed up incase they get deleted, in general.... having to update an exported CSV routinely and run the risk of all public contacts among my team will cause me to choose another CRM as we grow.

    Hi,

    We have completed our first pass for an Instagram integration in Nimble.

    Right now you may connect your Instagram account to Nimble and manually add profiles to contact records in Nimble.

    These profile cards will show some brief profile information and a few recent photos.

    In the future, we will add the ability to import Instagram profiles, look up social profile matches, and much more. This is our first pass, so please pardon our dust!

    Opening and clicking of emails greatly signify engagement with your company and brand.

    Companies like Marketo understand this. The more emails a person opens or clicks, the more of a hot lead they are, the higher they are scored. Knowing which leads are the hottest allows you to focus your marketing efforts on those people. It allows you to know which 20% to focus 80% of your effort on.   10. Sync with Outlook calendar

    We'd really like to see syncing between nimble and Outlook calendar, rather than just Google calendar.
    The options for SMEs seem to be to go the way of 1) Google or 2) Microsoft. With Microsoft's new Office 365 platform (which we use) it's very straightforward to have an Outlook Exchange email account and calendar etc. set up, all as an online service without the need for seriously technical people! Integration with Outlook for calendar and contacts (I believe the contact integration has already been included on another post) is an absolute essential.

  12. Integrate with Quickbooks Online

    Quickbooks Online is one of the more popular online accounting platforms and an integration would be fantastic. When I add an account in either Nimble or Quickbooks Online, I would love to see that account automatically entered into the other platform.

    We now feature 2-way sync with Quickbooks, including syncing accounting fields, tagging contacts based on rules (open balance, past due), and syncing custom fields from Quickbooks to Nimble via our all-new PieSync integration.

    Our PieSync integration allows you to set up a trial with unlimited contact syncs for 14 days and then you may keep up to 2,000 contacts in sync for free if you do not upgrade.

  13. Add tags or categories to deals

    Right now deals are pretty basic. For a proper usage I would recommend to add categories or tags to deal to sort them properly. Tags could be products or events or whatever :)

  15. enable update or delete addresses records that automatically synced to our contacts records from social profiles that linked to the contacts

    We are facing a problem when we would like update or delete addresses records of our contacts that have several addresses in their records (Especially these addresses are being automatically synced to our contact records from social profiles that have been mapped to our contacts)

    When we delete or update one of the address records and click on update contact to save the new records, then we return back to the same contact page it doesn't update and show the same olds records that it was before the update or delete process!!!

    This a system bug and it is doesn't…

  16. Convert person to company

    Allow me to change a record from a person to a company. When I import records, especially from Twitter, it brings them in as people, but many of them are companies or organizations, some of whom are listed in Nimble.

  17. Please please please, add some way to unsubscribe contacts besides tags! I get burned every time...

    You should be able to unsubscribe contacts easier than tagging...when you have thousands of contacts and can only send 100 emails a day, you are bound to make mistakes with the tagging! And I have...Or have the ability to make a contact visible but inactive or something...

  20. Allow a contact to be associated with multiple companies

    I deal with contacts that are associated with multiple companies. It would be helpful to be able to represent that reality in Nimble.
