Date Format

Can you provide an option to change the date formats from US format to UK format (dd/mm/yyyy)
Hi,
I have great news to share! You can now specify the date format in Nimble in Settings >> My Account.
We support date formats for US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dutch, German, and Spanish formats.
Here’s a screenshot of where to make the change: http://screencast.com/t/tE4OcXmq
If you have any questions, please reply to this email and we’ll be happy to help :)
Best,
Joseph

HI, Im in Australia and have been faithfully paying my fees to you without being able to use Nimble because of your date format. I have waited 2 years. I love your new developments but where is the UK date format?
I must know when and if this feature is going to be added so I can stop paying you if it is not and make an alternative choice - 2 years of payments is good faith in you guys don't you think? Thanks -

Is this a sign of how fast development is at Nimble? Or do you just not care about international customers?
Really like your product, yet we really need UK format together with 24h time format.
We can live with "State" in the address, but would also be great to be able to adjust that as well.I hope this is taken seriously, yet I fear not ;-(

This is a must-have for any european business. If the date format is unclear, dates like 08-05-2015 cannot be interpreted correctly. Nimble is not a viable option, as long as this is not possible.

Guys - what are you waiting for - I guarantee you that you must be losing business from what should be a VERY simple issue surely!!!???

This is very important for us too. I guess that when all the team are used to one format the importance of others can seem less than it does from this side of the pond.
There's very little global software that doesn’t think globally and provide a soluton that works in all territories it's customers work in.
Please be nimble, please be quick.

Hi,
This is very important for us - I can't believe that such a simple change (Even development wise) isn't a priority! :(

I am impressed with the system so far. But most of the world has date formats that are dd/mm/yyyy.
I'd appreciate an update on this feature being launched

I'm amazed that this so US-centric when appealing to international organisations. I've just signed up following the trial, as I just assumed that being able to change the date format & currency symbol was something I just had to figure out! Especially as the account page asks for your timezone and home currency.
Can't think of another online service I use that isn't capable of adapting for international customers...
My honeymoon period with nimble is over within a week and I'm a new customer getting frustrated (as the persistent google calendar sync problem also appears to have been outstanding for several years...) -

Whilst you are looking at this can you please either remove the dollar sign from the New Deal button or make the currency sign configurable.

We are currently in trial and this is a showstopper for us.

This is a must. I can see so many mistakes being made due to this which will mean having to review if I carry on using Nimble until this is sorted. What a shame.

I suggest to do most popular date formats, not only UK.
In The Netherlands we use dd-mm-yyyy instead of dd/mm/yyyy -

I've just started trialling nimble, fantastic so far but the date issue is probably a show-stopper. The potential for getting appointments wrong is extremely high as it is. Also option to start week on monday (not sunday) would be handy. Please address this, absolutely crucial for non-US users.

LOVE Nimble, but can't believe that this still hasn't been fixed. It betrays at best a don't-care attitude to your customers (at worse some will see it as arrogance). Date confusion is potentially very dangerous for businesses ("But I thought they wanted the proposal on 2nd March, not 3rd Feb!). So please get it sorted. It is not complicated
One quick fix you could implement now: change date format from 7/6/13 to July 6 13. It will take up more space but it will at least be unambiguous.
