Sync to google contacts
would love the ability to have a clean sync back to google contacts, or at least to the iphone.
Hi,
We’re happy to announce that we now have a solution for syncing with Nimble and Google Contacts. We developed this through a partnership with a great group of people from the PieSync team.
For Solo Users, this service is completely free of charge.
For Team Users, it is $5.00 per user, per month.
Feel free to visit the PieSync site to install the app and try it for 14 days!
To read more about the integration, please visit our blog post here.
If you have any specific feedback to leave for this feature, we will be monitoring here for feedback
Best regards,
Joseph

Google Contact 2 way sync is really a must have for me. This thread was started nearly a year ago so I am wondering if this functionality will ever be achieved. If so then when?

Some feedback on the estimated timeframe would be great...

how has this not been completed yet?
nimble has no mobile app
and has no google contact sync
so how are we supposed to take our business on the road?
maybe nimble folks are stuck in their office, but the rest of us do have to conduct business away from a PC now and then

We are going to have to abandon Nimble because of the lack of a contacts sync with Google. With the move to paid accounts shortly, this is a critical must-have feature.

NEED THIS ASAP!!!!! this is killing our business we are having to do daily imports costing many man hours to keep our contacts straight between our e-mail and nimble.

Two way sync with google contacts is ideal ... one way sync (updates in Nimble push down to google contacts) is imperative. From google contacts you can get to all your devices ...

In my case, each contact is generated from my web hook via Wufoo forms, and gets tossed into Nimble & Mailchimp. Once the lead is qualified, I'd like to be able to hit a button that says "Add to Google Contacts" and add just that person to my contact list. I don't need ALL my leads - some of them are garbage. But the qualified ones should be on my Google contacts, and consequently, on my phone!

Giles, this would make nimble REALLY good. What is the timeframe for these two enhancements?

2-way syncing is a crucial feature. My +1 for it.

Agreed - It should only import "My Contacts"

Instead of dumping ALL contacts from Nimble to Google Apps, a selective way to do it would be nice.
Not all leads are leads worth keeping on my iPhone. However, if it's a reasonable lead i want to fllow up on, I would want them in my Google Apps, ultimately being in my phone via cloud sync.
So maybe some contacts can have a "Insert To Google Apps" option, so that on a click of a button it will be added to "My Contact" under Google (and ultimately, automatically put into my phone & computer cause that's how most people have it set up).

I would think this is crucial. nimble should push all the updates to the contacts back to the Google Contacts, since that would allow me to use those same contacts in xero accounting for invoices and other apps for different purposes.
The syncing should also go both ways (just be careful how you map the contact fields back and forth) so that when I update a contact on my phone, and push the update to google contacts it gets picked up by nimble too. -

At least give me the option to import or not

Perhaps stick with just a simple click-based adding back to Google Apps. I do not want ALL my leads in my phone right away - just the qualified ones. My leads are collected through Wufoo forms and tossed into NImble. Realistically I want half of htem in my Google Contacts, and consequently on my iPhone.

Yes, this is really really important for us to be able to work in both platforms.
(1) Get contact from facebook fanpage.
(2) Find their gmail address etc...
(3) sync it back to Google Apps/Gmail/Contacts(4) REAP SEO Benefits of having them there.

Any update on the 2-way sync?

Totally agree. I thought that Nimble was working on this while it was still in beta. Any chance to see this feature soon. It will make me leave Highrise in a flash.

I agree 100%. Nimble looks awesome! But, without two-way sync with Google Apps Contacts I am not sure if I can use it. Unless there is a way to sync with my Droid phone.
