Provide reporting capabilities
Provide custom reporting. We want to output some statistical reports based on opportunity-management stages and tags or priority codes. As a Nimble partner, we would like to set up pre-defined reports for our clients, based on our methodology for nonprofit fundraising productivity.
Hi,
Good news! We now have a tab titled “Reports” which will give you a better overview of your team’s Deals in Nimble.

So I just emailed support about the lack of reports or an ETA. They couldn't provide me with one other than the canned response of "I’ll be sure to pass along your feedback in hopes of speeding the process along. For now, we do not have an ETA to share for when this feature will be included" So considering how long this thread has been going on, I wouldn't get your hopes up. It's hands down the one that we liked the best but the no detailed reporting option on daily/weekly/monthly activities makes no sense to me.

A good portion of the whole point of CRM is activity reporting. I need to be able to at least export activities into a CSV file so I can analyze them in Excel.

As a sales manager, I need to report to see the activity of each person on the team. I like to see this feature added.
Completed Tasks and Events Report
Which of your users completed the most tasks assigned to them the last quarter? Which organizations did you have the most phone calls with last year? Which opportunities created the most work for you in follow-up calls and emails last month? Did you complete more tasks in November or December last year? This is one of the most powerful reports in the arsenal, and graphs the number of tasks completed, and meetings and appointments scheduled in a time period – broken down by either responsible user, linked organization, opportunity, project, or in total by month over a time period. The key filter here is the ‘Type’ filter and gives you some great insight into which projects, opportunities, or organizations have required the most work to get over the line.

Any update on the custom reporting? We like the ease of use for many of the functions of Nimble but the lack of reporting is surprising and makes all the information entered a little useless if we can't get reports out on team/client activity to send to management. Thanks

Hi Kurt,
Export "All Deals" to pull all information we show for Won/Lost (Closed) deals, and Active deals.

Looking for the simplest of reports for Closed Deals. I am not sure where this info goes after I drag into final Stage.

After hearing nothing from Nimble we had to take action. We are in the process of switching to salesforce even with a higher cost to have the necessary report monitoring to effectively run our business. We used Nimble for about a year.

Activities (and and all history) lead age, lead reports (who hasn't been contacted in 30 days, neglected leads) Activity Types (calls, emails, meetings) Open Tasks, Closed Tasks, Tasks Created, Tasked assigned, New Leads, Unqualified/warm/cold/hot, Lead Source, Campaign reports, Opt Out Reports, Opportunity Reports (Age, Average Close Time, Activities, etc) This is a huge deal breaker...... Are these even on the radar for Nimble? I want to move away from Salesforce. PLEASE, I'm sure other people do as well. They are awful but the only other option is Dynamics.

Thank you, please keep us updated. We need to run reports on activity within a date range - tasks completed, emails logged (once per thread).
We also need to run a report with how many new companies and new contacts we've added within a date range.

I really love the interface, the social media integration and the visualization for the pipeline, but without any metrics whatsoever we'd be unable to track progress of our salesforce. We need to know how many calls are made, reasons for loss, etc. The metrics getbase.com provides are exactly what we need.

Just taken our first employee on and now see how much reporting is missing from a management perspective, in Nimble. Hope something comes soon....

The only thing holding me back from upgrading is the reporting.

Call report to track activities by rep and across the enterprise

It would be great to be able to tag specific email as "responded" "First Email" (when prospecting) This way you can tell "out of the 150 initial emails sent, i received 70 responses" for example - when reporting

Committing to a new CRM this quarter and just discovered Nimble. It would easily slide to the top of the list based on what I see so far. However the lack of reporting is a major concern.
From what I read, this was slated for the second half of 2013. Any update?
