Add a feature that will allow me to set a reminder to call a contact on a reoccuring basis, i.e. monthly, quarterly, etc.

I feel it is essential to have a feature with which I can set up reminders onto my calender. EG: if I'm to call back a client tomo at 3pm I should be able to do it on Nimble....Please do consider this.

Agree! If Nimble could integrate with Contactually I would be a total Nimble user. Maybe I'm mistaken since I've just started with Nimble and am still under a trial period, but I like the way Contactually pulls up follow up reminders for me daily. It forces me to deal with people instead of wondering where to begin and causes me to follow up with people I would not have normally considered. It gives me a place to begin. If that feature were integrated into Nimble it would be the perfect system I think. I know there are the daily email reminders and I have it turned on but I have yet to receive anything and they don't remind me to follow up with a set number of people I choose each day like Contactually does. Also, Contactually is free for a basic use which is also nice.

Yes, we desperately need a feature that reminds us to contact certain contacts regularly. Setting an event is not effective in that it doesn't reset the reminder clock when a contact is made. For example, if I want to contact Joe every 30 days and 15 days into that I send him an email, the 30 day clock should reset when the email is posted to activity in Nimble (same for logged phone, calls, etc.).

One of the reason why I migrated here from contactually is the price and the other features which contactually dont have. If nimble can add the feature or integrate with contactually. That will be a great deal :-)

Totally agree - I'm torn between the two apps because of this feature. This plus the ability to monitor more than one account on each social network would make Nimble a certainty for me.

Hi guys, so if I am right... I get an webform email qith a request. I send and reply with Nimble and after the reply I need to add an activity that reminds me I should get back to the client if he didn't reply me?
Isn't there a better way?
Maybe a checkbox with remind me. In a dashboard all reminders together? -

One work-around would be to set up Tags for Month 1/2/3... or Week 1/2/3/4/5... etc, and add people into those contact frequency groups, rather like the old contact card system.
Another option, based on development, would be to extend the facility to check multiple contacts, as we can for export/tag, but add the option to 'Create Task/event' for those checked.

I am trying to use a repeat task for this, but tasks don't repeat either! A reminder / notification / task to help you check in with a contact is vital. Please add this feature!

Recurring events are nice, but it would be equally as nice to have recurring tasks for the purposes of getting a reminder to reach out to various contacts at a regular interval.

We can add an Event and this is exported to Google Calendar. (e.g. I schedule an event for a colleague)I expected GCal to send default reminders as per the settings within GCal for that calendar. However Nimble seems to wipe these reminders?

This is a really important feature. Without proactive notifications like this, Nimble is a really amazing address book, but not really a contact manager.
