An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedHi, I think when you create an event and add a contact it automatically notified the contact. My issue is I'd like to schedule project activities against contacts and NOT NOTIFY them.

Hi Mark,
Thank you for writing in.
For sorting, we already provide the option to segment contacts by Company or People on the left-hand side of the Contacts tab.
It sounds like you may be sorting contacts out from under the “All” selection under the Contact tab, which results in companies and people mixing together.
If you want to sort by name for Company, be sure to select “Company” on the left-hand side before making your sorting selections.
The same practice is to be taken for People.
I hope that this is helpful. Please write to us at care@nimble.com to discuss this in further detail.
Best regards,
Joseph

Hi,
Thank you for your feature request. At the current moment, we will probably not make changes to the amount of contact information shown on the top of a contact card.
If you would like to see the phone numbers for a contact, click on the “info” sub-tab and you will be able to see all of a contact’s phone numbers, email addresses, etc. from a single view.
We appreciate your feedback and support!
Best,
-The Nimble Team

I agree - the ability to specify a start time of say 7am and an end time of 9pm would cut out 10 hours from the display and make it much more user friendly and accessible.
