Make it easy to log a phone call or add a note on a contact record.
Hi,
You asked for it, now you’ve got it! We now have the feature to add notes on a contact record!
All you will have to do is go to a current contact and select “Log Note” to save a note to a contact record.

Also, if you would like to log a phone call, just select “Log Activity” from a contact record and leave your phone call notes!

Logging activity is awkward. It shouldn't be treated as a task. Nor should it require a subject. When reviewing a contact, it should show the first few lines of the body of the log with a standard (...more...) link that expands the note. It would also be nice to have customizable categories that can be assigned to the activity logs so that I can sort my activities with a contact by my own categories.

The "log activity" system is practically useless. Especially since it is extremely hard to see anything you write in the body of the task description. I always have to create the task and then write any notes as a comment so others will see it. This is so simple and vital that I can't believe you don't have this feature!

Most definitely. Logging meeting notes (or documents) is extremely annoying right now because I have to "create a completed task" pointing to a Google Docs to access my notes... :-/.
