Create Integration to Freshdesk
Simple easy to use helpdesk/service management system that competes with Assistly and Zendesk.
This has a decent API which would allow a tab to be easily added to contacts to view all of their tickets and/or to import contacts from their system as per the Facebook/Linkedin/Twitter/Google+ integrations.

Yeah, I'm liking what I see in Freshdesk. It appears to do what requires 2+ tools to accomplish in other helpdesk services (ie, I see this comment is in UserVoice right now). Also really like the separation of Community Forum from the KB area.
