Task related to emails
Please add an option for creating task from message with linking to the message.
Like this:
1. customer drops me an e-mail with some request
2. i'm converting the email to task assigned to the customer and to this particular email
3. i'm doing the job
4. when completing task, I can send email confirmation to the customer that the case is closed.

Thank you for your feedback.
As of right now, you can create a task from an email and the contact will be directly linked to the task. We will review better ways of linking emails to tasks.

Just put a link in the task to the e-mail that generated it. That gives quick context.

This is a great request and almost any other CRM systems has this option. Is there a timeline on when Nimble plans to add this for tasks and managing email related to tasks? See Zoho CRM, Salesforce and 37 Signals Highrise.

As part of this, integrating with the same function in gmail would be the best.

Of course, at point 4 task view should show me that there is some email that is related to the task
