Just my 2 cents. I like everyone else probably have tried most social crm solutions out there. Nimble is great but like everyone else I find the lack of real integration within Gmail to be a major problem for me. The best implementation of this for me, has been ming.ly followed by worketc. They both are fantastic within Gmail. It's so hard to find that complete solution. No one seems to deliver the goods completely

i am giving nimble tryout and so far looking good, but TOTALLY agree with folks below, lack of widget is major miss. one of the good things i hear about nimble was that tyey where really responsive so would have expected to some one from nimble jump into this conversation and give us a heads up..... and betting synching to ... pls

I work for an online job board and I have been trialling both the Capsule and Nimble CRM packages and while Nimble serves the needs of my company much better than Capsule overall, we have found that Nimble lacks one feature that Capsule does have once integrated with Gmail; the Capsule feature at the bottom of every email to add new contacts to it’s system directly then and there. Is there anyway to get Nimble to do this? And if not, is Nimble looking to add this feature to it’s package in the near future?

I agree. I have tested 3 other crm's recently that offer this feature, and it is a great tool. Add the gmail contextual gadget and I will convert from a free trial/account to a paid subscription

We use smartr plugin for gmail that gives a similar social profile for contacts as nimble does. It would be great to have a nimble version of this with some added functionality to link into nimble.

+1 This is the only thing holding me back from giving Nimble a real go. I currently use CapsuleCRM - I like the way they've done their Gmail gadget.
