Add a rich text formatting
Allow bold, italics, simple bullets and a few different text sizes (H1, H2 etc). Makes reading contact notes a lot easier if you can format the text.
Add this to the "Additional information" field under a contact. Also add it to the list of available field types for custom fields.

Thanks for this feature. However, when I first save a note it runs all the text together into one block with NO formatting.
When copying and pasting an email, that does not work.
Plus, you can't use rich text when you first type the note, only after you save it and edit it.
Am I missing something? Seems like this feature is counter-intuitive or broken.

Also, it would be nice to have this formatting from the Notes also propagate into the Notes/All listing
