Develop a soft phone integration for Nimble.
Would love to have soft phone integration, ie, ringcentral. When a contact calls, contact profile is displayed. There is a tool like this for Outlook.

We may not specifically integrate with Ring Central, so I have changed the title of this thread to be broader to cover any phone system integration.

Any update on this since 2013??? Almost 10 years and no update...
Any VOIP and SIP integration should be covered - this is a basic feature of most CRMs.
We use Microsoft Teams Calling and Webex Calling, so I would hope that integration would cover these as well. -

It should be simple just to change the phone number to something that links to a default phone application using <a href=tel:555-555-555>555-555-555</a> for example.
If Nimble did this, I could easily click on the number and it'll open in Google Voice, which is my phone service of choice.

I use both RingCentral and Line2. Would love both of these to be put into nimble.

This integration should be for any SIP based soft phone.
