  1. Could You please add localisation support to Nimble?

    Could You add some kind of localisational option for Your site? At least something like google translator for web pages. There are other options possible also.

  2. Show email activity in calander

    It would be nice to have an option to show email activity in the calendar as well. It would allow a quick reference to your day and workload. It can also serve as a follow up reminder.

  3. Color coding Contacts by Status in the Deal view might be useful.

    At the very least being able to quickly and easily see (and edit) Lead Status would be helpful.

    You want to make it quick and simple for users to identify where their next "close" is coming from. Good practice is to focus on the next "closable" deal before others, so anything you can do to help identify these is good. Avoid sifting through the "longer term" contacts and prioritize the "hot" (final stage) ones.

    Color coding is a fairly easy way to do it: light blue, amber, red?

  4. Allow filtering on empty field

    For example, I would like to search on contacts without assigned "Lead Type". At the moment, it is possible to do this by filtering using "Is not" for all the lead types. An easier way would be to simple allow filter based on empty / blank field.

  5. Allow Default Contact Sort Order

    Please either make the default contact order last name, first name or allow this to be chosen as the default. It is very unproductive to have to click on sort, then the name drop down, then last name, EVERY time I click on Contacts!

  8. Ability to share/collaborate on Stay in Touch and Important Contacts lists

    I would love the ability for everyone on my team to be able to all receive and sync the same Stay in Touch reminders.

    We work in a small team and all share the same responsibility and contacts.

    Maybe not separate "Stay in Touch" groups, but perhaps just an option to make the Stay in Touch feature global throughout the company network?

  9. Include more details in vCard Export

    Currently, vCard exports from Nimble contain only basic contact information.

    This is a request to add more information to vCard exports such as:

    • Profile Image
    • Contact Notes

  10. Reduce the size of your google widget

    The google widget is way too intrusive, takes up too much room and is too busy.

    You need a 'lite' version or just a smaller, simpler version.

  11. Let me choose a due date with day of week and NO time

    I cannot understand for the life of my why I can select "today" and "tomorrow" but any other day I have to have a date and time. Why do I have to have a time - this is SOOOOO annoying and the one feature that is incredibly inefficient and overkill. I have a calendar to schedule things needing a specific time - my activities should just be my tasks for the day. I want the ability to have a task due either on "Wednesday" or even "in 3 days" etc if that is easier to code, but please please please…

  13. Make "Umlaute" like ö, ü, ä "searchable"

    I realized that many of my contacts that contain Umlaute like "ä, ü, and ö" cannot be found thorugh the searchbar. They are shown and listed with the "ä, ü, and ö" - but they just don't show up in the search results. That is very bad for German users. I had to change some contacts to "ae instead of ä" and then the system found the contact. WEIRD!

  14. Add the "lead rating" or other contact rating to the "Status" layer on the contact main page

    I would like to see the contact rating / Lead rating directly on the main page of the contact.

    In my use case I am ranking contacts & companies on a scale and I would like to be able to see this information "at a glance" without needing to dig into the record and scroll down.

    If Nimble could pull in call history from iOS or Android devices it could see who you called and who you nee to call!

  17. Support Reporting for Multiple Teams or Groups

    Hi,

    Our company currently has two distinct sales team groups. They love the reporting features but would love it even more if the teams could be separated into two (or more) groups and reports generated for each group as well as the sales team as a whole.

    From what I can make out, you currently only have the option to generate reports for one individual or everybody. If allowing the team to be organised into multiple groups represents extensive development work, an interim measure could be to select multiple users for a report (e.g John, Harry and Mary) as well…

  18. Consider adding a "Trello" board view for Daily Tasks/Activities (with drag and drop functionality like Deals)

    Trello is a very popular Task Management solution and why not integrate something similar with your software to make it even better. I know a lot of people that actually use Trello for their daily task management and most of the time those tasks are associated with customer contacts or in my industry recruiting candidates and the tasks associated with their pipeline status.
