  1. I'd like to be able to list ONLY the address that I know is correct for a contact.

    The system imports others, ostensibly from social media, that are always incomplete, and/or incorrect. It is confusing and aesthetically looks terrible.

  2. Edit company file - websites error

    When I edit my own company record and update the websites at the bottom, the system keeps adding links to websites that are not mine.

    One from Amazon and another to an unknown Twitter account.

  4. It would be great to change status, type and source on the contacts list page

    So that you don't have to click in and out of an individual contact - it would save loads of time

  5. fix this bug on notes, I receive this as a preview:<!--?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?--> Added on Jan 25

    I dont see my notes but instead I see this <!--?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?-->

    Also I suggest that you make it possible to see the entire note in the same page, not as a popup, like in pipedrive

  9. CONTACT INFO

    put all of the contact info BACK under the contact tab. One click was super convenient! All this clicking around now is killing me...AND WHERE DID THE "SERVICE" "CELEBRATION" tabs go under contact info tab??!? This is all becoming very inconvenient :(

  10. outlook add-in for Mac -

    shows black in Outlook on right side, unless I single click the tool bar, then goes black again, once released. Is this a bug that can be fixed for Mac Outlook?

  12. Add "Nickname" to Contact Fields

    And allow the option to use that as their greeting.

    For example, someone has "Raymond" on their card, but I know they go by "Ray." Still, I want to respect their full, formal name as well.

  15. Adding a bi-weekly mail that asks the user to update every one and each of the deals in the pipleline.

    Often, I miss deals in the pipeline. I suggest bi-weekly mail that reminds you to update every deal either encourage you to talk to the prospect, move the deal forward or close it. But make sure the deal is not getting old in the pipleline.

  16. Ability to Archive a Segment

    I use Segment for projects to group people on the fly - might create several unique to a client or project - then the project ends. Would be awesome to "archive" segments to just remove them from the main "Contacts Interface" such that it shows only current segments of value.

  17. Hyperlink Images in Emails

    Can we please add the ability to hyperlink images in emails (especially group emails)?

    This would be really helpful with click throughs and email engagement.

  18. More configuration options for IMAP mail

    Due to the different corporate policies it is not possible to use IMAP integration as it is now. Introducing more configuration options (that normally exist in e-mail clients) would allow tailoring mail integration to comply with policies, or just make it more usable for mobile use when data traffic is limited.
    Two options that would be essential in my case are:
    1. IMAP checking interval in minutes - to adjust how frequently Nimble checks IMAP account
    2. Option not to download attachments - in our case policy is that attachments cannot be held on servers outside our security perimeter

  19. Make it possible to rearrange the order of Email Templates (probably using drag and drop)

    I want to be able to put the most used message/email templates at the top of the dropdown list

    So want Nimble to have the functionality where can rearrange the order of Email Templates, probably using drag and drop or similar.

  20. Past due tasks can be dragged and dropped to today It is a lot of work to have to edit each task when I just want them to roll over

    When tasks become past due, it is a "task" to have to move the dates. I would like to see us be able to drag and drop them to a different date or have a button to have them move over to today...
