  1. Add the contact name to the note history on the company page

    When you go to the company, the associated notes and activities are logged for all contacts, which is great. It would be really helpful to add the contact name the note or event so that you could go one place to see the activity with all contacts and know which note/activity goes with which contact.

  2. Allow Lead medium and contact to be in the same tab, and allow additional personalised fields

    The field Lead Medium should be allowed to be intrgrated in the Contact Info section, alongside Lead Type, Lead Source, and Lead Status. We would also like the option of including additional personalised fields within this section.

  3. Please add the ability to add a new person to an existing company with the same address and have the address and tags copy over.

  4. allow multiple attachments to be selected at one time from google drive

    Currently we are able to select one file at a time to attach documents from google drive. When attaching multiple documents is necessary it can be burdensome to repeatedly open up the attach document link and then select a new document (Especially if you have to search for the document prior to selecting it). Please allow for this functionality soon!

  5. Notes Section should indicate in the toolbar number of notes

    When one looks at Contacts, the indicator next to Notes should show how many notes are there.

  6. Email Group,Tags,Stay In Touch

    Email Group,Tags,Stay In Touch

    should be able to send out mass email like a GROUP,TAG and the best thing would be to send email to all contacts from Stay In Touch category (like all Stay In Touch from stay in touch WEEKLY,etc)

  11. allow deals also to be defined in more categories then $ only, e.g. # of users

    If you enter a new deal you can only specify your goal with a USD amount. For us, we need this deals in other categories, too, esp. amout of users a new deal can bring along with.

  12. integrate quickbooks desktop version

    Our company doesn't have Quickbooks online as a lot of the features from the desktop version are not present.

    Our office would love to join nimble but without this key tool we simply have to say no :(

  13. Fetch mail faster so we can use Nimble for all email interactions.

    By allowing us to fetch mail in 1 minute intervals it would enable us to do all of our communications in Nimble instead of switching back and forth with gmail. This will enhance efficiency.

  14. Please offer intervals of less than an hour in the drop down for creating a task.

    Offer intervals of 15 minutes at a minimum would be very helpful.

  17. It would be great to be able to add a auto-generated ID number to 'deals'

    It would be great to be able to add a auto-generated ID number to 'deals' as Zoho CRM does. It is great because you can actually personalise this by having your company's initial placed in the reference. It allows the companies you work with to easily track deals, in case they have too many.

  18. load current contact info into task and automatically save task notes

    When you put notes in for a task they should be automatically saved when you click on "complete and create another" and when you click on "complete and create another" it should load the current "related to" contacts.

  19. Integrate Facebook Messenger

    Most people I know are more comfortable chatting on the Facebook Instant Messenger app than sending messages to their inbox. Having a way to use messenger within Nimble would be great.
