  1. provide a way to re-order email templates

    I have a list of email templates, but the ones I created first are not the ones I use the most. I would like to be able to re-order this list so that my most-used templates show up on top.

  2. Default email font format

    Every time i write a new email or reply to one I have to select the font I want to use the same font every time, instead of the Times New Roman/Serif font which the system seems to revert to by default. I want to be able to select the default font as Sans Serif Normal, and not have to repeat the process every time I send an email. The only alternative is to create template with the formatting one wants to use, but one still has to first select that template before typing.

  3. Email Tracking Consistency?

    Using the Gmail plugin, I can track when an individual message has been opened, but when I send an email from inside Nimble, that option is not present... only for bulk messaging. Why is this? I hate having to jump to Gmail just so I can track whether the message has been opened or not.

  4. problem with group emails from a tag

    if i select an email from a contact and i can select which email i use but when i select a tag group and then want to sent a group email it only presents my google email. not the one i se as my primary one.
    can you not offer the same choice of emails when sending a group email, the look up table is there but only one email appears. Thanks

  5. Emails NOT WORKING AT ALL! Emails from nimble showing " email sent" flyover, but NO ACTUAL EMAIL SENT!

    "Email Sent" flyover coming up in Nimble,, but NOT showing in sent emails in nimble and when I go and look at my actual corresponding gmail, there have been NO emails sent since june 8th, this is a HUGE PROBLEM!!!!!

  6. Display entire (all lines of) Twitter Direct Messages rather than the first line of text.

    Only the the first line of text of Twitter direct messages is displayed in the Messages tab and when I open the message, which forces me to leave Nimble and go to Twitter to find the message.

  7. Automatically log a touch when sending a message

    It would be great to have the system automatically log a touch with a contact when you send a message. Maybe have a checkbox to allow it to be logged or something.

  8. Have the ability to schedule when messages are sent.

    Maybe I dont want my contact to know that I sent them a message at 3am. Maybe I want to look like I sent it at 9am.

    I'd really love to have this feature!

  9. Reset Email "From" Box When Email Address is Updated

    Hi,

    I setup a template and went to use it when I found out that Nimble was emailing from my gmail account (that is what I signed up with). I went and reset my default email address, but the "from" address is stuck at gmail. I can't add mailchimp or server email options, and emailing biz stuff from gmail won't work. What is the workaround for this please. I can't use the emailing service til its fixed :(

  10. group messaging

    The group messaging feature is great but very limiting given that if I open to see what I sent out (from the group message section) it then reads that as an "open". Also, when you go to the contact it doesn't indicate whether it was opened, click through. No bounce back tracking. Right now, it's barely a step above manual tracking. When I've inquired, I've been told that these issues are recognized and in process, but no idea when. These are enough of an issue with volume to make me change from Nimble to another CRM, whether I want to…

  11. Should fix the emails section

    Hi,

    I noticed if i got a contact from nimble and send an email to that user it wouldnt send. I would need to remove the name and just have the email in.

    Also i noticed the sent box doesnt update that great.

  12. Add a salutation field for group messages

    It is great that Nimble now has a group messaging funktion. Unfortunately it is practically useless because there is no possibilty to add individualized salutations (e.g. Dear Maggie vs. Dear Ms. Newclient) to an email template.

    There is a workaround by using the Title field to store individual salutations but then there is no place to store the title.

    So please add a standard field to the standard contact info and make it possible to use this field as a merge tag in group messages. This would be especially usefull when using Nimble in any other language than English.

  13. Show WHOLE twitter message (instead of only 140 characters)

    In pending and history you see only part of twitter messages and not full message which is very annoying as it is not clear what has been communicated!

    Enlarge field and storage from twitter message so you can read whole and complete message thread

  14. allow template emails to be sharable in the same company between users.

    Consistent voice in a company is really important. If many people want to, say send information on advertising to potential clients, them marketing would want to write the template and have all assocciates use the same ones.

    It would also be nice if links carried over from cut and pastes, which they don't.

  15. make it so emails auto save and don't diapperar so easily - or allow drafts.

    How annoying, I've lost too many emails due to the sensitive nature of the communication program and I can't save a draft??

  17. Enable notes/log touches entered to be emailed to other Nimble users on our team.

    We would like to be able to pass along relevant notes/log touches to individual(s) by email via nimble (checkbox). This would reduce the redundancy of having to compose a new email to communicate notes/log touches already entered into Nimble - so having to do it twice essentially.

    Thank you for submitting your idea.

    Right now, the best option would be to copy and paste that note over to a new email to communicate it with individuals.

    If they are team members, they could refer to the note on the contact record itself.

  19. make it so we can email those we have "tagged" in a certain group(s)

    Why have a tag feature if it's just to see the list?

    I would like to be able (in my case, for instance) to email Fabricators in Los Angeles. I have a "fabricators' tag, a "New York" tag and a "LA" tag, some of my messaging only is relevant to a portion or coast.

    I'm sure I;m not the first to ask, but this would really convince me to stick with Nimble.

  20. Email Formatting Toolbar

    It would be great if there was an option to change the Text Colour and Text Background Colour when writing emails on the Email Formatting Toolbar.
