  1. Public Api to allow adding contacts and adding custom field data.

    Can we have a public api soon. I would love to integrate gravity forms on my wordpress site with nimble. To add new contacts but also to add extra details on to existing contacts.

  2. improve the speed of nimble

    some of my team have refrained from using the site because it can feel very slow. it is not an internet speed issue, it feels like your servers are taking a while to churn through things

  3. Sort search results matching a company with company first, contacts later

    When searching for a company record, I get all the contacts returned as well. This is sometimes useful (if I'm looking for a contact, but can't remember the name),

    But it can make it a real pain to find the company record if there are lots of contacts at the company.

    By default, if search is matching the "company" field within a contact, this should be listed AFTER the actual company record

    Hi Tim,

    If you go to Advanced Search and run a search for “Companies Only”, you will not see people belonging to those companies returned in the results.

    If you are having any trouble achieving these search results, please send us a screenshot through care@nimble.com.

    Along with all the other contact info we can search by in the advanced search, please include email.

  7. increase search capabilities

    I'd like to narrow down the contacts I'm searching for in similar to the way I search for a pair of shoes to buy on Zappos: black, size 9, 3.5" heel, etc., except I'd be able to narrow down my search by clicking on the tags I've created: google, people, portland, etc.

  8. Please make the Facebook field on the contact info form an open URL field.

    Whenever I try to save a Facebook address in the Facebook field, the system tells me that the Facebook address does not exist. I know this is not true since I am copying directly from the address bar and in some cases it even happens with the Facebook accounts that Nimble finds on its own. Please just make this a field that will accept any URL so I can save Facebook accounts.

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing in.

    To be able to add profiles from Facebook to Nimble, you must first have Facebook connected in Settings >> Networks & Imports.

    Once this is verified, you will be able to add Facebook profiles to records in Nimble.

  9. Make the search bar more prominent

    It'd be great if you made the search bar easier to get to. It's currently placed over to the right and not very prominent. What'd be great is if it was better placed, close to the main buttons people use, such as adding contacts.

  10. Enhanced Mailchimp Integration

    Provide better integration with MailChimp, with a true Sync Feature (2-way) and also provide mapping of additional fields - especially custom fields.
    This allows for more flexibility when putting together email campaigns in MailChimp. Example: I divide my contacts in to 50+ regions, based upon there location. To seperate these today with Nimble/MailChimp I will have to create 50+ mailing list (and maintain all those seperate list exports). However, if the custom fields are mapped, I have one list to manage, and can filter out by the custom fields when preparing the campain.

  12. put a caution when someone hits "delete tag."Didnt' know it would remove all the contacts I'd been working on for hours.

    I was removing one contact and hit delete tags thinking that was the way to do it. what it did was remove my hundreds of gmail accounts I'd been working on syncing with their other social profiles - hours of work down the drain. It should have a caution: "Are you sure you want to do this? this will remove all contacts for this tag (source?)

    We have updated our advanced search – you can filter by more than one tag.

  14. Build an integration or at least an import with PIPEDRIVE.com

    Perhaps you know pipedrive.com already. If not, have a look. This cloud service supports my sales activities with an extraordinary GUI. They have also integration with other programs like highrise. I will also introduce you to them.

  15. Show previous job title in Daily Update

    I think the daily update is great for seeing when contacts change their jobdescriptions.
    However, I would find it very usefull if I could see the previous jobtitle in the e-mail (or the log on the website), so that I could see if people actually got a new job, or simply updated the description of their current job.

  18. Allow auto-suggest in the primary search bar.

    Wouldn't it be great if we could start typing a name in the search bar and Nimble auto-suggests matches?

    I think most programs (and Windows Search) work this way now...

  19. More Options for Email Signature - Insert logo, bold, italic, etc.

    Right now the signature option is very plain and doesn't allow for company logo or any editing options. It would be really great to have those options.

  20. Add possibility to see contacts associated with tasks in the Accounts view

    In the Account view, when looking at tasks for a certain account, you want to see the contacts associated with the task more easily.
