This is NOT a new idea -- FIX SEARCH! --
I built basic databases in the 90's that had better search functionality than Nimble.
We should be able to enter "smith" in the search box, hit enter, and get back a list of EVERY record that has that word in it, anywhere in the record. Enter "1234" and find every record that has that number in it.
COME ON!!! ACT! and Goldmine had this in the 90's.
Your users have been complaining about this since at least 2013!!!
If this is not fixed, I will to port my data out…

Support HTML signatures
Support HTML signatures on the Create Your Email Signature page. Allow pasting of HTML code generated elsewhere.
The current signature box supports adding pictures & links but DOES NOT support full HTML code. Full HTML support allows sizing, foreground and background colors, tables, etc. This is important so that the email I send from other software contains the same signature as the email sent from Nimble.1 vote -
Add ability to call tech support
Almost all other CRM's I have used have a call center dedicated to support. Some have SLA's associated with their support levels but they have a telephone number.
This feature would ease the adoption of Nimble into more environments. 5 hours to reply back to a chat is not ok, period.

You make all links https
The link http://nimble.com is unencrypted and is blocked by default in my Firefox web browser. Suggest making all preference changes like cookie exceptions encrypted HTTPS. Verify with HTTPS Everywhere from Electronic Frontier Foundation eff.org It will be impossible for me to continue with the Free Trial if I have encrypted links. The product likely won't work as intended. Thanks!

Edit company file - websites error
When I edit my own company record and update the websites at the bottom, the system keeps adding links to websites that are not mine.
One from Amazon and another to an unknown Twitter account.

Move the Delete Account button
Move the Delete Account button away from the Save Updates button in Your Account Info. I almost click on it every time.

Allow multiple users to see email threads for eachother.
My boss and I both input deals. He is a keynote speaker and thus is the "service". I'm the business manager, so I deal with as much of the communication as possible before a deal goes through. Sometimes a client will talk to one of us, when we expected them to talk to the other. When we are communicating deals, it's hard to know if a client has had communication with the other, but Nimble would be a great place for us to see that in the deal information. restrict IP address or location for Message Tracking
The message tracking feature is great. However if I open the message, I receive a chrome notification saying the message was viewed. While this is technically accurate, I'd love a way to restrict IP ranges or select geographic areas to restrict so I don't show up as one of the people who viewed the email.

Ability to edit customs fields on the fly (with an inline or hover over edit button)
I edit my custom fields regularly and it is a pain to constantly go in to and edit the record, then scroll to contact info section, then find the field and edit it.
If there is an edit button on each field, this would be very helpful.

Create a time zone for Saskatchewan since it operates under central standard time all year and does not adjust to day light savings time.

Most of your help videos that pop up for new customers to watch and learn as they click around for the first time don't work. Most of them say this video doesnt exist.

Multi-Lingual Support. Localization is not suffcient
Hi nimble team,
in Europe, it is very common that you serve customers in various languages. In Switzerland you must deal with at least German, English, Italian and french to be bale to deliver an application at all.
This means not only to localize the front-end but to set a language flag to each contact and to communicate with that contact in his language.
Further do you need lookups to be displayed by language-settings.

DE-Americanisation mode would be helpful
For non american users it is a must.
Why do I want to search a US website (facebook, linkedin, twitter etc) in the US when I've never been there and live in Australia.The dates are american the recommendations are american, we don't use the term "zip code" either.
International conventions annoy everyone the same amount and if adopted in the first place no changes would be necessary now

data fields
Have a multi select option when setting up custom data fields. Cuurently you can only have a single selection from a list but I want to be able to make a list and select more than one so that I know if a customer has done more than just one course with us. Plus to also be able to add to this list and not have it closed once you have applied the changes when first making a list.
