  1. Sorting of Custom Data Field Values

    Some of our custom data fields are getting to have a lot of values; it would be great to be able to automatically alphabetize this list of values so that we don't have to manually alphabetize them by copy/pasting them either down a cell everytime we add a new value in the middle of the alphabet.

    We plan on making improvements to the data fields section in Nimble to make it easier to sort data, but we do not have a release date for this feature yet.

  3. data fields

    Have a multi select option when setting up custom data fields. Cuurently you can only have a single selection from a list but I want to be able to make a list and select more than one so that I know if a customer has done more than just one course with us. Plus to also be able to add to this list and not have it closed once you have applied the changes when first making a list.

  4. Offer a German version

    I'm thinking of using Nimble with an Austrian team. Don't know yet how they will handle Nimble in English. A German version would make it much easier.

  5. Ability to edit customs fields on the fly (with an inline or hover over edit button)

    I edit my custom fields regularly and it is a pain to constantly go in to and edit the record, then scroll to contact info section, then find the field and edit it.

    If there is an edit button on each field, this would be very helpful.

  6. Could You please add localisation support to Nimble?

    Could You add some kind of localisational option for Your site? At least something like google translator for web pages. There are other options possible also.

  9. Allow the "Box Values" for Leads to be arranged & organized

    For example, if I add a new form of advertising to Lead Source, it gets added at the bottom of all existing Lead Sources. I may want it at the top because of its importance, or other factors.

    Erasing one box and adding it somewhere else is not a pleasant option, because all my leads with that current status would have themselves changed to the new value.

    I haven't found a way to do this, but it would help immensely with organization. Thank you!

  10. Allow multiple users to see email threads for eachother.

    My boss and I both input deals. He is a keynote speaker and thus is the "service". I'm the business manager, so I deal with as much of the communication as possible before a deal goes through. Sometimes a client will talk to one of us, when we expected them to talk to the other. When we are communicating deals, it's hard to know if a client has had communication with the other, but Nimble would be a great place for us to see that in the deal information.   11. admin rights vs user rights to view and edit contacts

    I'd love to get Nimble to my team but we need:

    1) Ability for the owner or account owner to see all the contacts
    2) Ability for each user to see and work with their own contacts only

    This is NOT a new idea -- FIX SEARCH! --

    I built basic databases in the 90's that had better search functionality than Nimble.

    We should be able to enter "smith" in the search box, hit enter, and get back a list of EVERY record that has that word in it, anywhere in the record. Enter "1234" and find every record that has that number in it.

    COME ON!!! ACT! and Goldmine had this in the 90's.

    Your users have been complaining about this since at least 2013!!!

    If this is not fixed, I will to port my data out…

  13. Multi-Lingual Support. Localization is not suffcient

    Hi nimble team,
    in Europe, it is very common that you serve customers in various languages. In Switzerland you must deal with at least German, English, Italian and french to be bale to deliver an application at all.
    This means not only to localize the front-end but to set a language flag to each contact and to communicate with that contact in his language.
    Further do you need lookups to be displayed by language-settings.

  15. Edit company file - websites error

    When I edit my own company record and update the websites at the bottom, the system keeps adding links to websites that are not mine.

    One from Amazon and another to an unknown Twitter account.

  16. Defaulted upper case characters in address fields

    The first character of each word in all the address fields (and all alpha characters of the postcode fields) should automatically format themselves to be upper case if they were not upper case already, to save you having to do this manually. This is the most likely formatting requirement for address fields so it would improve efficiency. (If lower case is required - e.g. I think the French like to put "rue" instead of "Rue", this can be done manually).

  18. Add ability to call tech support

    Almost all other CRM's I have used have a call center dedicated to support. Some have SLA's associated with their support levels but they have a telephone number.

    This feature would ease the adoption of Nimble into more environments. 5 hours to reply back to a chat is not ok, period.

  19. DE-Americanisation mode would be helpful

    For non american users it is a must.
    Why do I want to search a US website (facebook, linkedin, twitter etc) in the US when I've never been there and live in Australia.

    The dates are american the recommendations are american, we don't use the term "zip code" either.

    International conventions annoy everyone the same amount and if adopted in the first place no changes would be necessary now
