    I dont see my notes but instead I see this <!--?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?-->

    Also I suggest that you make it possible to see the entire note in the same page, not as a popup, like in pipedrive

    Set-up a webhooks integration.

    1. To catch webhooks to add/update contact info in Nimble from automations and other 3rd party apps.

    Notes on Contacts doesn't refresh fast enough. I just added a note and can't find it anywhere.

  5. It would be great to change status, type and source on the contacts list page

    So that you don't have to click in and out of an individual contact - it would save loads of time

  6. Not able to see all contact informamtion

    I have added all the contact information but when I try to look by company I am not able to see even if I go into the contact the contact person or other information.
    Same as if when in people some times do not see the company information.
    Would like to know why all information in all catagories is not showing up.
    When in company it ask me for a contact person, I have already put that in People along with the company information.

  7. Make never contacted a searchable field (and make last contacted field editable)

    I want to be able to search for all users that I have not contacted yet and then contact them through whatever means I have and log touch.

    This use case is frustrating me because firstly I cannot search by not contacted, this field must contain a date to be searchable, but then I connot update the date manually when I click log touch. I expect it to update the last contacted field. Otherwise what is the point of log touch??

  9. Fix email tracking

    Email tracking does not work like it should. It really needs to be fixed. If I open an email that I have sent to someone, or reply to it, or forward it to a prospect as a reminder, it triggers your pixel and reports that the prospect has opened the email. On gmail if it is threaded, it reports an open for each email in the thread. This is not helpful. It should be triggered only when someone other than myself opens a message. This even happens using your mail client. You certainly should be able to do this at…

  10. the group messaging system has a fundamental flaw. When I cc someone, they get individual messages for each addressee.

    Allow me to send only one email to people CCed on a group message

  11. Edit company file - websites error

    When I edit my own company record and update the websites at the bottom, the system keeps adding links to websites that are not mine.

    One from Amazon and another to an unknown Twitter account.

  13. I'd like to be able to list ONLY the address that I know is correct for a contact.

    The system imports others, ostensibly from social media, that are always incomplete, and/or incorrect. It is confusing and aesthetically looks terrible.

  14. merge

    I'm shocked at how bad the auto-detect is on for the merge feature. I imported several sources with overlapping data and went from 1300 to more than 4000 contacts, many of which have exactly the same first and last name. This needs to be much more automated and, like someone else mentioned, you should have the ability to choose which data become primary.

  15. Complete marketing automation for segments

    You guys are probably working on this already. I'm looking for a complete email marketing and automation for different segmented contacts. Despite the great group messaging tracking. Everything in the process of engaging with your contacts is still very manual. You have to check everyday to see if an email is working rather than a campaign dashboard.

    Having that option to have a sequence of emails while managing relationships through the platform would be great.

    I'd pay more for that

  17. Add New Deals created and New Activities to Zapier integration

    Currently Zapier integration is very very basic if we can have triggers on new deals and activities it would be an amazing stepforward and allow for the automation that you dont currently have

  18. contact name on calendar

    Would be great to be able to see the contact name on the calendar with the event heading. Google Calendar has this as a Lab called "Who is my one on one with"

  19. When entering new contact info, automatically read a zip-code and fill in the city and state.

    when entering in new contacts, we should be able to type in the zipcode and have the system complete the city and state.

  20. Batch unduplicate !!!

    I have so many duplicates due to a failure in PieSync of Zapier. Manually unduping them is crazy. Google can you it, but is not synced and I loose all tags.
    Please make a batch/multiple unduplicate function.
