  2. Integrate with Evercontact

    The Nimble Gmail widget is nice, but it only identifies name and email address. Evercontact harvests, analyzes, and categorizes the contact information in the email signature, so you often get phone numbers, addresses, titles, companies, etc.

    Their Chrome extension can pipe this information to Salesforce and Evernote. It'd be great to be able to put it into Nimble as well.

  3. remove a tag on a subset of contacts

    Be able to select a group of people and remove shared tags.

  4. Preserve spacing in contact notes

    Right now, it removes all spacing to have one block of text. Difficult to read longer notes. Please preserve spacing (entered by holding Shift key when pressing enter).

  5. Ability to set events to repeat Quarterly

    I know you can set follow-ups for individual contacts on a quarterly basis... but what I REALLY need is the ability to set EVENTS to repeat quarterly. The repeat options you have now are... a bit odd... to say the least. Every weekday... every Mon, Wed, Fri.... every Tues and Thurs.... But no Quarterly option...? Why not just keep it simple and let us choose specific days, and/or the option to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually...? Easy as cheese. Love Nimble - but this is an area I definitely think could use some work.

  6. Allow pressing the Enter key in the description box for a contact's new tast/event

    When you add a task on a contact page and type a description, hitting the Enter key will submit the form and create the task. This is a pain when all you want is to add a line break in the description box. It creates the task before you have completely described it.
    Please, allow us to press Enter to add multiple lines to a task description.

  7. Add assign task to option in log history view

    When I am working with a client, sometimes I think of a task that A TEAM MEMBER (not me) needs to complete. We record all interactions with our contacts so when I have the contact open and click "Task" under log history It would be great to be able to assign a task to another team member right there in the contacts log history.

  8. Homepage / Top contact section - Waste of space !

    Why is so much space wasted on the homepage ? why don't you hide the Top contact section when there is no more content to check ?

  9. I really need a Nimble android app for task management

    Things I need to do come to mind often when I'm away from my computer, and it'd help me a lot to get them locked in. Otherwise I tend to forget them immediately.

  10. mail notifications

    Hi ,
    Im loving using nimble but would suggest an alert when a new email arrives. I find that whilst working on other things inside nimble that I dont realize I have new mail therefore some pop up notification would be helpful

  12. Allow the "Box Values" for Leads to be arranged & organized

    For example, if I add a new form of advertising to Lead Source, it gets added at the bottom of all existing Lead Sources. I may want it at the top because of its importance, or other factors.

    Erasing one box and adding it somewhere else is not a pleasant option, because all my leads with that current status would have themselves changed to the new value.

    I haven't found a way to do this, but it would help immensely with organization. Thank you!

  13. Move the Lead Source field in the Deals record

    The lead Type, Status and Source fields are now entered in the Contacts record (for a specific Deal). This is the wrong place. The source of any opportunity (aka Deal) will stay the same, but contacts change over time, especially if you have a long sales cycle.

    SFDC has this one right. The lead source is attached to the Opportunity record, and then you can add people to the deal, designating them as things like Decision Maker, Influencer, etc.

    You could conceivably get to the same place with your approach, but it forces you to remember to change a lot…

  14. Give activities a URL so we can share a link to a task or event

    Currently, we are not able to share a task or an event with someone else, or give them a link in an e-mail.
    It makes it difficult to refer to a task ("John, please have a look at task xyz").

  15. Send a notification when someone comments a task I created

    When I create a task and someone adds a comment to it, I don't get notified. I should.
    If someone adds a comment to learn more about the task, I'm not able to answer because I'm not aware of the question/comment.

  18. The "Is this Joe Bloggs" feature

    When you are looking at a contact, you have the useful "is this also Joe Bloggs"? Quite often the suggestions are not and it would be great if you could have an "Ignore all future suggestions" for this person and also have it remember the suggestions you cancel out / click the 'x' button for.

  20. Add option to manually edit Stay In Touch for occasions when contact has been made via a service not included here-SMS,Instagram,etc

    There are occasions when I have used a reminder to Stay in Touch, but my method might be a phone call, a text, an Instagram/Pinterest action, etc. These do not update the Stay in Touch feature and the "Overdue" feature cannot be overridden. I tried creating a Task and then completing it, but the Stay In Touch still shows overdue for this person. It's very frustrating and makes the service only mildly helpful.
