Fix: Cross check ALL email fields for duplicates before merging Contacts during an upload
I find it very disappointing that when I upload a list of contacts and, god forbid, some have a common name that matches with someone already in the database (e.g. Juan Carlos) ... the two contacts (old+new) would get merged, even if they are not the same person. I have actually lost leads like this, twice! (with me realizing) and god knows how many times without me realizing .. :(. I was told that this is because the check for duplicates happens on the email field, but only linearly and NOT across, e.g. if my new Juan Carlos's Work Email…

When do you plan to release a more feature rich mobile app where I can at least add a contact?

allow tasks to be exported and/or synced with other apps
I use a task management app to manage all my tasks
whether they are related to a specific person or organisation or not therefore having tasks in Nimble alone means I cannot see the whole picture of what needs to be done.Please open the tasks up so they can be pulled through perhaps by Zapier?

Summary of all Nimble interaction by date range
I would like to see a summary list of what was accomplished during a specific time period. Calls, tasks, contacts added, companies added, tasks completed, all in a list. It would answer the questions; What did we do last month, week, day?

Show the contact numbers on the contact listing view
When you look at the contact listing - I don't see a phone number - I need to click into a contact to see a phone number and then dial - time waste. I do see an address - much less important than a phone number
off course, this has already been shot down by nimble developers - but then they don't do sales - and possibly assume everything is done by social media - baloney
its annoying, very annoying to click into every single contact to get the number.

let team members edit deals
This seems like a pretty basic feature that people have asked for in the past. Why can't my teammates edit my deals, and vice versa?

I can't submit a ticket as I cannot find our url. We've been having problems importing for some time now.
Help i cannot reach you any other way, as I cannot find our url to place a ticket query. Also I have sent emails. The import feature has not been working now for quite some time.I updated the ap and still no joy. What can I do.

highlight newly imported contacts when refreshing sources
Tag, highlight or show newly imported contacts so you can then mark as important, merge etc.

Customer history stream by "from" and "to" and not by subject
Please add mails to the customer history by the "from" and "to" field. NOT by the subject.
In addition to that, it would be great being able to exclude and include individual mails manually.

Allow bulk importing of contacts from the Messages tab
I'm a journalist and get at least 20 pitches a day via email. I would like to add these contacts to my nimble account, but doing it one by one takes a lot of time. My idea is to allow bulk importing of email contacts that are received in the messages tab.
It would look like this:
1. messages > email
2. Select a number of contacts
3. Click on [new feature] import contact(s)Presently, you can only important 1 contact at a time. This new feature would increase the number of contacts that can be stored and filed within…

track/view how many times you contact each person of a group in a given period of time
To see where you are spending most of your correspondence time. Be able to analyze which contacts are taking up most of your time and whether or not you should spend that energy focused on other opportunities for a greater payoff. Contactually has something similar I'm hoping you will integrate. Great work on the program!

allow the assignment of emails to contacts
As similar folks have written in, I have emails from sources other than the customer email address that need to be recorded in the stream of activities for that customer.
Specifically, when a payment comes in from PayPal, the email address that the payment is "from" is a Paypal address.
I would like to reassign this email to the customer, whose email address appears later in the email, so that I can see the entire list of touch points with that customer, including when he/she pays the bills!

This is quite common in offline CRM desktop programs.

Allow anyone to move deals in pipeline view
A user should be able to move any deal card in the pipeline view to a new column.
This feature would allow for the deal pipeline to be used in group update meetings where one user is controlling the interface while others provide updates. Currently. multiple people need to be logged in and editing their own deals.
In addition, there is no indication of deal owner in the pipeline view, so cards appear to be arbitrarily 'fixed' to a specific column, which is a confusing UX.

Offer a bigger Notes box.
CRM is about client interactions, and taking notes helps record those conversations.

Daily summary including all open tasks.
Please let us edit the daily summary mail, like including open tasks for the next four weeks instead of one or even all open tasks.

Show me what people are responding to. Twitter has threading built in. Hootsuite has threading. Why is there not threading?
At present, when I open a message I have no idea what I said to that person. There is no threading. If they're already a contact, I can click four times to find what was said before. If they're not already a contact, I can scroll back on Hootsuite, hoping that I'll find the message that they're responding to.
Without threading, conversations are difficult, if not impossible. Please add/support threading in the messages view.

When you are "congratulating" someone on the "Today" screen
When you are "congratulating" someone on the "Today" screen, you should go back to the "Today" screen when done sending the message instead of going to the "Messages" screen.

Please put rating a contact on the front page like lead status, lead source, and lead type. I want to be able to rank a lead easier than having to go into edit the rating.
