  1. Uncluttered UX

    I have to admit that I find the UX of the contact very cluttered compared to other CRM (like Pipedrive).

    Tons of information don't serve me.
    And I have a hard time with the color code. Why so many colors with no meaning ?

    I would suggest to:
    _ Be able to really chosse which information iare displayed on the contact screen
    _ Use more wisely all the space you have on the screen : why contacts information is stuck in such a small place on my screen, whenever I open it directly as a contact or from the workklow…

  3. When merging records, it doesn't merge notes - why? I've just lost important notes on a record of someone and there is no demerge capability

  5. Move the Contact Info Box with the phone number to the top under the contact name.

    The phone numbers for the contacts are way down the page in your layout. I have to scroll down to find the number each. This info is more important than the other things you have at the top

  6. Change order of activities in the profile

    I would like to be able to re-order the activities when using Log Activity or Schedule. Especially on the Chrome Widget. I wanted to be super easy to do it super fast.

  7. Email Alias's with Gmail

    I know as of 4 years ago, email alias's from Gmail were not supported. This is very limiting as it will not be able to record any of my outgoing emails which is very impactful. It was stated this is due to the way it is connecting. Is there another option so we could use Nimble for this? It is very common on other platforms.

  8. Shared Outreach Campaigns and Metrics

    There is no way for me to see the campaigns or metrics of other Nimble users in my organization who are sending out using our connected domain. Since we only have a few thousand emails a month, it's important for me to be able to see the other campaigns my users are sending to know who is sending out emails and when. Additionally, it'd be nice if other users could see the metrics for the email campaigns I send out.

    When adding a contact to a sequence, it should warn you if the contact is already added in a sequence, particularly a future sequence.

  11. WorkFlows - visual of opens by contact

    Knowing which contact to follow up with on a workflow is a difficult task. The design and layout are okay visually. But adding a couple of features to the TEXT box of the contact within the workflow will make it great.

    We record opens and clicks. Essential to understand which contacts are engaging with your outreach.

    But Nimble doesn't make use of the information collected.

    What if the Text box within the Workflow had a BOLD "Opened by Contact"?

    When you click on this, a pop-up will appear with the Subject, Date, action (click/open), etc.

  12. Group Messages

    When sending a group message, it would be great to have the TITLE of the actual Group Message in the top, when you are looking at the results of the Group Message. Rather than having to click on the text and try to remember what the Message was about. We deal with Roles, Industry and Countrys. SO use titles like CEOHealthFrance to identify our reach out.

  13. Add support for multiple email accounts

    Howdy,
    What would be a big gap to close between Nimble and others would be allowing multiple emails to be used by one sequence. Where I could pick from the 3 email addresses I have and have Nimble rotate my sequence across those two or three emails that I've configured. Idea being to spread the volume over more than one account in a round robin format. It's a big differentiator with Apollo and one reason thus far I've been holding onto that account. Their UI is crap though - I'd much rather do this all via Nimble.

  15. Adding a relationship to a contact/company who is not an employee

    Sometime a contact outside the company can pivitol to the sale of a company/Contact. It would be nice to add a relationship tied to that account.

  16. URL Bulk Editting

    I would like to be able on builk editting to replace content within the data not just the data as a whole. For example I would like to edit the beginning of a URL so that http:// can be editted to https:// or twitter.com can be changed to x.com. I would also like to be able to filter on parts of a URL and delete only the URLs that contain text - like I ran into migrating from cloze to nimble and I had a bunch of cloze.com/contact type URLs that were not useless and I wanted to just delete…

  17. webp image import for contacts

    With the increase of online images being formatted as webp it would be nice if I could use those images for contacts - rahter than have to take them - edit them into jpg or png - it would same time and make adding images easier Thank you - Alan

  18. Import Lead Type Setting

    On Import, I would like to be abel to add or set the Lead Type - in many cases I know what type of Lead it will be when its time to import - if I can use the import as is - it would be nice to add the lead tpe on import just like I can with the TAG
