Would love to see this as well, sort of a key/no-brainer feature for CRMs and anything related to outreach, very surprised it's not implemented...

I just signed up for a Nimble trial, but after an hour of poking around, I won't be continuing due to a lack of email templates. Templates are critical for reducing the manual workload in my business - I can send appointment confirmations and reminders, appointment follow-ups, payment reminders, etc. A CRM is useless to me without this time-saving feature, and I shouldn't have to resort to hacks and workarounds to make up for this deficiency.

What is the update on it. We need this feature urgently.

This one is a show stopper for me unless I find a non-copy and paste work around. Can we get these templates added??

Not sure whether you are still open to this but we are trying Nimble and moving from Zoho and really need email templates, they save a huge amount of time.

not having this feature is really frustrating. I'm a new customer. I've already had to compromise as you don't parallel the deals process with project management ones and now I find I can't create templates. Surely part of communicating with prospects is sending them certain emails/docs etc at certain times? Critical? Yup for me. looks like I'm off! Sad.

I really don't see this as a critical feature.

Apps like Typeit4me (http://www.ettoresoftware.com/products/typeit4me/) and text expander (http://smilesoftware.com/TextExpander/index.html) look after all my templating needs.

It's 2015. We still need this feature. If voting was still open, I would have voted for this feature.

Had a look at outgoingly.com [as a workaround, even though it's in gmail] and they don't even offer a trial to test their product !!
Better have another look at Hubspot.

Can't believe you expect us to consider Nimble as a serious CRM contender, without this feature !!

We help a lot of different technology companies grow and need templates to enable us to scale our efforts. what is the ETA for this feature? Thx. Jan

Well this is a dealbreaker or make for me. I receive orders and support into my email integration with Nimble, but I still have not gone over to Nimble for email, because I have about 40 different templates I would like to select and send to customers. How am I supposed to do that?

This is insanely important. You do a lovely job of helping me prospect with social and the widget.

Now I have the contact I need to send very highly focused, relevant material and inbound content. To move that cold suspect into a hot prospect and start moving to the next pahse of the sales cycle.

HubSpot CRM allows me to share slides, video, PDF etc. It shows me who's opening what, alerts me to these activities and helps me move a suspect to a prospect. Its VERY VERY cool. It reports on how successful my content pieces are. Yesterday I took responsibility for account called Teva. I added 19 new contacts with the right roles etc. I then could send them the slideshare. BINGO we get an RFQ in from Teva - This is not rocket science

Zoho allows me to send 250 crudish emails to 1,000 per day.

With Bimble - I have to create a word template for each role of person or organisation type we are chasing - save the content to word. Neatly organise a file structure. EG
- HR Induction content
- HR Skills based content
- Finance - Cost of training
My sales reps then open the matching word doc to role etc and then proceed to cut and paste. The email does not elegantly display video, slideshare or other stuff that shows best in class content

Wow, I really wanted to buy the program but when I read there is NO templates for following up, seriously lacking. Great program but I get the nimble now....please ad templates!!

The lack of this capability, assigning contacts for onwership by reps and other super basic CRM stuff will likely see us go back to Zoho... Shame... On the face of it Nimble looked promising. In reality its actually a harder system to use than Zoho

Task templates are an absolute must. My coworkers and I do not have the time to manual create repeating tasks for every client we see. This feature would guarantee our transition to Nimble

Do you have a timeline when email templates will be available

We are looking forward to see this feature. It is a must feature. Almost all CRM has this feature.
