  2. Tasks inbox

    Some tasks don't have particular deadline, they just need to be in you radar or at the moment you don't know deadline. Will be great to have some inbox (icebox) where you just put you task very quickly and assign deadline later.

  3. make Tags and Deals menus dropdowns, rather than empty fields, when associating with tasks

    Right now, when associating an activity with a Tag or a Deal, there is a blank field, rather than a drop-down with check marks. This means anyone using the Tags or Deals needs to know the comprehensive list, and must be trusted to spell and capitalize them correctly. It also opens the door to people accidentally creating new Tags.

  4. Enter day of week as due date

    I'd love to be able to type Tues or Tuesday (for example) to make the task due on the following Tuesday. Going through the date/time picker is cumbersome.

  5. Retroactive dating

    I've seen this with other users. When entering new activities you should be able to adjust the date manually. I am entering activity that has been completed over the past few days. The date defaults to the day you click 'complete' not the actual date the activity occurs. Screws up the timeline. Help!

  7. Import mobile phone calllog into contact records!

    If Nimble could pull in call history from iOS or Android devices it could see who you called and who you nee to call!

  8. Show email activity in calander

    It would be nice to have an option to show email activity in the calendar as well. It would allow a quick reference to your day and workload. It can also serve as a follow up reminder.

  9. Consider adding a "Trello" board view for Daily Tasks/Activities (with drag and drop functionality like Deals)

    Trello is a very popular Task Management solution and why not integrate something similar with your software to make it even better. I know a lot of people that actually use Trello for their daily task management and most of the time those tasks are associated with customer contacts or in my industry recruiting candidates and the tasks associated with their pipeline status.

  10. Let me choose a due date with day of week and NO time

    I cannot understand for the life of my why I can select "today" and "tomorrow" but any other day I have to have a date and time. Why do I have to have a time - this is SOOOOO annoying and the one feature that is incredibly inefficient and overkill. I have a calendar to schedule things needing a specific time - my activities should just be my tasks for the day. I want the ability to have a task due either on "Wednesday" or even "in 3 days" etc if that is easier to code, but please please please…

  11. Maintain current contact in follow up tasks

    When I select "Complete and Create Another" task from a contact record, the new task should populate with the contact from the previous task.

  12. Completed Activities - Date Filter

    Suggested by Gary Zimmerman

    I'd like to view my completed activities based on a date range.

    Example: I would choose a date range between June 3rd to July 24th to see what activities I've completed. Right now, Nimble shows me all my completed activities. It would be nice to filter by date.

  13. send notice to contact when event is created

    This would eliminate the step of having to then log in to my Gmail account and sending the invite. Would be nice have that contact notification streamlined when I create an event/appointment that involves them.

  14. Make uncompleted activities a different color/style from completed activities

    Right now, all activities are indicated in the contact record with a blue check. It's hard to know what is uncompleted/completed until you click on the little arrow on the right. Can uncompleted activities be a hollow check, and completed be a blue check? Or can you otherwise show uncompleted/completed activities differently.

  15. Forwarding NOTE or any history item to outside relation/email

    I log emails and notes. Often I need to inform others I registered something on that contact. For instance a log of a call.

    It would be helpful to be able to forward such a note/activity to an external email to infor the other you noted/did something. At the same time the email is registered at that person, so you know and have prove you informed that person.

    This is a common feature in many leading CRM system and lacks in Nimble.

    I would like to have a status or progress update as more task feature in other CMR offer. Salesforce lets you set the Priority and Progress like Not Started, Started... or even Mindmeister provides a % done status.

  18. Tasks - Automatically show the due date field

    When adding a task, it's cumbersome to have to click on "Show more options" and then select a date. By nature, most or all tasks have due dates. Please have the due date automatically show when I add a task.

  19. allow "take action" when selecting multiple contact

    When importing a great amount of contacts, I'd like to be able to select a bunch of them and add a task "Contact next week". For the moment, I have to go into each contact profile to individually add the same task.

    Hi,

    At the current moment, we do not plan on color coding tagged events on the calendar view in Nimble.

    If this feature gains more support, we will revisit it at a later date.
